Glad that y’all have enjoyed the jokes.
Queenegreene – My DYS used to have a sleep number bed; but, it was not set up by them. He hated it. Now has a new mattress that will sit up on the platform (with drawers) that his DFnL made. He had made one for DDnL#2; so now they have one at both houses. He loves his new mattress and now they don’t roll over to the middle of it.
I don’t ‘think’ there is any rules about quote, cartoons, jokes to share on FB; but, I do think you’d have to have the permission of someone whose photo might be put there without them knowing it. I think they will censer somethings, those that are offensive.
Lanette – I know that I get a print-out of my trip to one of my MDs and there are changes on my Rx’s that have not been changed. I know that I will have to go and make sure that these changes are made to my chart. Then maybe it will be corrected. My typed ‘medical history’ (all the things I can remember being told to me by Mother) is typed up and kept current and when I go to my MDs and they start asking for ‘medical history’ or ‘medications’ that I take, I just had them a copy. I keep one in my purse, one in the glove compartment of my car; one in Louis’ truck compartment and there is always one in the bag that I keep my medications it (for the use by EMTs who might be called to my home).

Lenora, yes the "family history" is also in my "book" -- I got tired of having to fill out the same sheet every time I went to the doc's office -- what/when did your parents die from, did they have cancer/heart problems etc, what about your siblings, etc.. etc. Now I just give them a 2 page synopsis of the whole she-bang and write "see attached" on their form.
How do they expect a person to remember all that and write it down legibly on one line in 5 minutes, lol. The docs appreciate this a lot I think and make me more than just the "bad knee" or "headache".... they get a more complete understanding me as a patient.

Heather: Thank you for the Bea fix. I needed that.
Pip: Thanks for the information about robot vacuums. We only have one dog and he isn't very big, but he sheds enough for a dozen. :ohwell:
Marni: We got a recumbent trike for DH because he could no longer balance on a two wheel bike. I still had my regular bike, but it was tough to ride with him because I had to go a certain speed to stay upright and couldn't stay close to him. Eventually we bought a second recumbent for me. Ours are quite fun. When we go to the summer concert series here in town he rides and I walk. He sits on his trike while I sit at a picnic table or on the ground. Regarding stress on my back, there really isn't any that I notice. I do notice that I'm not leaning on my hands and arms with my head tilted up to see, so my neck a lot less stress. :flowerforyou:
Becca: I switched to glycerin soap several months ago and love the difference compared to the antibacterial soap I used before. My husband switched to castile soap at the same time I switched. We decided that antibiotic soap was not good for either of us or the environment. We're both happy with the new products.
Joyce: I'm happy that there is some improvement for your sisiter. :flowerforyou:
miakoda: It is great that you found a way to share your fun. Enjoy your trip!
Karen in VA: Great news for Olivia. I hope the improvements keep coming along. (((HUGS)))
Sherry: Thank you for posting! (((HUGS)))
I rolled up a hallway carpet yesterday and put it away on a shelf. I can't figure out where it is & I really feel like a goofball. Since I got up this morning, I've had nothing but criticism from DH. I think I need to say something, & will do so the next time he says another negative word. :grumble:

Hello everyone. It's been a pretty hectic wk, so haven't found the time to keep up with the posts - at least 10 more pgs of them since I last read any. Worked on skimming through them yesterday & today to try to catch up. I also feel like I'll need some type of list or spreadsheet to have any hope of keeping track of who's who, etc. For now, I'll just have to respond in general to all of you.
My heart goes out to all who are facing medical or personal struggles or heartbreaking challenges with family, etc. Try to stay strong & find some peace & time for yourselves in the midst of it all.
Kudos to everyone who's finding success (be it great or small) in the journey to better health & weight loss. Thanks to all who lift our spirits & give us a much needed chuckle with quotes, jokes, & pictures. Love them.
I'm disappointed in my progress this past wk, but at least overall have lost another 0.6 lbs. Given the fact that I've only managed to exercise one day during the wk after work & didn't log my meals a couple of days, guess that's not so bad. Ended up working late 2 days trying to get lesson materials, plans, grading, etc done. On Val. Day, chose to hang out with hubby & watch a movie & we ordered take out from a local italian restaurant (ate more than I prob. should've that day, too - but kept cals. low during the day to offset it & only ate about 1/2 of it, so could be worse). On Wed. left work on time & did an hr on treadmill after work & then spent rest of evening grading stuff been trying to get done for past couple of wks.
Have had bad insomnia all wk (ongoing issues with that for years - have hard time falling asleep & wake up several times all night) & a few days this wk also got woken up at 3:30 am for hubby to go plow snow (for our local school district where he works - HATE WINTER!) & up again at 5 as usual for myself. Monday we had a delay due to snow, but was already awake before I knew about it, so even though I tried to go back to bed to get more sleep, didn't really get any more. Then worked late that day since lost my plan period in the morning & snow had stopped by then. By Thurs., after so many days of little sleep, I started feeling dizzy in the afternoon while teaching & struggled to stay awake in my long drive home. So tried to take a nap when I got home instead of exercise. Started to doze off, but (as usual) woke right up again. So only rested about an hr & then got up for dinner. Got a little more sleep that night, but not much. Friday, I ended up staying at work till almost 6 getting stuff made up for after vacation. Wanted to avoid working on much school work over vacation (like usual). My school is on mid-winter break this coming week. HURRAY! I need the rest so bad. Also looking forward to having more time to get stuff done around the house & get in plenty of exercise each day to get back on track. Think I'm going to go join the YMCA again sometime this wk, too & get in some swimming. We're not actually taking a real vacation, but hubby will have Mon. off & may take a vac. day off one other day during the wk. Finally stopped snowing at least & supposed to have a heat wave up to 50 a couple of days this wk (with rain, I think) so hopefully will get rid of some of it. Hope we don't get more again after that. Our area is known for back & forth weather changes so who knows.
Really looking forward to when he retires sometime this summer. No more winters that he has to get up early to go plow & he'll be off from work whenever I'm off, too. He works for a school district, but is a Maint. Mechanic, so works all yr. & just gets vacation days to take whenever. I teach 7th grade Math at a different school district (further away from home). I won't be retiring for several yrs since I didn't become a teacher until age 37. Worked in accounting field for 15 yrs before that with no retirement. Even though I'll still be working, I think life will be less hectic once HE retires, since he'll be able to get a lot more done around the house during the wk so we can spend more time doing fun stuff on the wkends & when I have school breaks instead of chores, etc that don't have time for during the work wk now.
Wow - I just went on & on. Still want to share some interesting tidbits from the ebooks I've been reading while doing the treadmill, but will do that another time. Gotta go exercise now.

Sherry, Welcome back – we missed you! Hope things are going well for you in the Gorge!
Pip, I am curious - have you always been this active and fit or did you decide at some point to make some changes? Either way, you go girl! Admire your ability to stick to it and make it a priority!

thanks for asking..w/o giving u my life story, I used to be an aerobics instructor in my 30's after loosing a bunch a weight after leaving my 2nd husband. I got off the drugs and serious drinking so the pounds came one and when I met who soon to be my 3rd husband saw that I wasn't happy with myself so he bought me a gym membership. I later got certified and was an aerobics instructor. well.....#3 got sick and I moved us back to California to be closer to his mom, we died the same year we found he was HIV+ (met 2-89, moved to Seattle, 2-90, got married 5-93, found out his HIV status 1.95, died 10-95) I had stopped teaching and working out altogether and put weight on and was seriously depressed to the point I was doing stuff that could have gotten me killed but at the time I didn't care. I met Kirby (#4 hubby) and I told him about Lenny and what he died of (people were scared back then) it didn't matter to him and I moved to Indiana 3 wks after meeting him. after staying in bed and w/anti depressants
for about 5-6 years I was ready to get back into life but I have never gone back to teaching aerobics, step-classes or ab classes, brought back memories. Kirby was an avid bike rider then and he got me a bike and that's where it started slowly but surely. I've always known what to do and what it took to loose the weight, I just didn't care.
I was 198 at my heaviest and Kirby has always been thinner. one day we were doing. a spin class and I looked up at us in the mirror while the music was blaring and I said to myself, we finally match (we were both thinner).
my every day workouts I wouldn't call a priority at all. it's just part of life, like getting dressed, brushing your teeth, etc... just part of the day.
there's a lot of stuff I've never had (a lot of fast food chain stuff) but you don't miss what you've never had.things that have surprised me about myself is having run 2 marathons and long distance bicycling in the hills, especially this late in life AND without drugs. (was an upper kind of person like crank/meth)
left a lot of stuff out but thats the gist of if :0). it's just part of the day

Call me crazy but I love to see other people happy and succeeding .
Good Day My Dear Friends,
KarenVA, Olivia is absolutely beautiful. So glad she is responding. Thanks for sharing that beautiful picture.
Gloria, I miss IrishTerri also. There are a few that used to post so often that are no longer here and I really miss them. (Sylvia, Carol NC, Terri from Milwaukee and others) I’m glad you are staying with us. ((Hugs)) So sorry for your young flu victim. I’m glad he is better. It’s evidentially really rough this year and many people here have had it.
Tracie, I hate that you are working so hard and in such a stressful position. Please do take care of yourself and work to find that serenity you need. In my 10 years in Milwaukee I sure don’t remember such warm weather this time of year. You enjoy it.
Leigh, I’m glad you enjoyed your special breakfast treat. It just goes to show that we can have things of high calorie as long as we work them into the day’s limit. When I do that, I just load up on some low calorie veggies so I feel I’m still getting plenty of food.
KarenBC, what is the occasion for having 20 family members to cook for. Whatever it is, it sounds like fun for everyone to get together. I hope you have time to enjoy and don’t work too hard. I’m sure there are those willing to pitch in so remember to “delegate”.
Pip, that is sweet of Floyd (?) to share the bed with that huge green frog.
Janetr, that is wonderful news about your DGS. You never know when one of the trips to rehab will be the one to stick. I’m keeping all of you in my prayers. (((Hugs)))
Hiiiiii, Yogi. Lookin’ good.
Queenie, I don’t have one but was happy to hear how much you like your new bed. A good night’s sleep can make such a difference in our day.
Chris, sorry about your mom. That is not easy to deal with. ((Hugs)) Congrats on your weight!!
Katla, I hope your DH lets up on the criticism. That can get old really fast. He may not even realize he’s doing it. I hope it helps when you say something to him. Hang in there, my friend.
to any Newbies. Come often and join in the chat. This thing works!! Please sign your post with what you want to be called. It makes it easier for us to respond to you. Also a location is great, be it specific or general. We are happy to have you join us.
It’s a beautiful day here. On the national weather this morning it looks like many of you could be having some of the snow melt. Warm weather from one end of the country to the other. I hope you can all take time to enjoy it.
Sending love, good thoughts and sunshine to all of you.
I Love you

Victoria and Haylee 9 months old! Helmets are because of them being premature to help form the head correctly since they spent so much time on their backs hooked up to machines. They probably will be able to stop wearing them in a couple of weeks!

Victoria and Haylee are so cute!
Spring has sprung in February here! Our Japanese tulip tree is in full bloom and the high on Monday should be 73 degrees. With this weather, it's going to be very difficult when I'm sure we will have some more cold days.

Greetings and Happy Sunday, Lovely Ladies!
Started this gorgeous day on a downer after hopping on the scales which revealed a 1lb GAIN! Very upset - seems that I've spent the best part of a year dancing around the same weight - in spite of making healthy (at least healthier!) food choices and exercising between 5 and 6 days a week.
Then I had a word with myself and realised that the increased strength training that I have been doing will naturally have resulted in weight gain (although I am now very strong). And there's really no alternative but to keep on doing what I've been doing. It's just going to take me longer to get to where I want to be.
I read recently that people over 50 should be exercising for 60 minutes a day, and not the 30 minutes that we normally read about. So I have started adding a 30 minute yoga practice after my workouts - I did three last week and hope to up this this coming week.
I had a lovely afternoon with my gorgeous son and we both went to town to buy a broadband wireless extender for some upgrading that we're doing at home. Then he helped me fix lunch!
Tracie - I spent about 20 years in learning and development, a good part of which was spent training users how to use various software following organisational rollouts. It's an area that I love, but I now work for myself and don't spend so much time in front of a classroom. These days I am more involved with instructional design, although I still do occasional "chalk and talk" sessions. Do take it easy, won't you?
Heather - I love the picture of little Bea - so stylish with her jaunty jacket and retro sunglasses!
Back to my quilt - I'm feeling more confident with every square that I piece together!
Enjoy your long weekends - my US friends!
Yinka - Worcestershire, UK2 -
Mary - Cutest twins!
Karen - Rooting for Olivia.
Sorry for all those under stress at work. My son was very tired this weekend with lots of stress and long hours at work and the three children to care for. I'm sure you must feel as if it never stops. :flowerforyou:
Today we went to DH's cricket friend for lunch after a morning spent playing with the kids. I did spelling with Edie and she helped me put my makeup on.
I'm posting my new red dress that I wore to lunch.
Plus a "book pile"!!!!!!!
We are home now and "knackered" as we say over here.
Love you all, Heather UK xxxxxxx

We made it to FL (YEA!) Did all of you see me waving to you as we drove thru SC, Georgia and northern FL. We only made one stop for something to eat. Part of me suspects Vince wanted to get here as early as possible, which I don’t have a problem with. Get this – around 9:15 I went to Wendy’s for Vince, the restaurant closed at 9. OK. But the drive thru was open until 12 so I went to it. They’re policy is that they don’t serve walk-ups. Company policy. So….I had to walk back to the condo, get my car and drive there. Only then could I get the food.
Did an hour of Lower Body Pilates DVD today. The plan for tomorrow is to try this class at the Y called Next Level. I have no idea what that’s about.
Ginger – I liked reading your goals for the month
Joyce – I hope you get thru to Sherry that we don’t just need her to make us smile. We want HER. Glad your sister is doing a bit better
Lenora – the cats know something is up the minute a suitcase comes out. Yet, once they get to the condo, they are really happy. We don’t always take them with us. Like the weekend after we get back we’re supposed to go help Jess move. We won’t take them then. Poor Lexi just turtled all the way here (went into a ball and didn’t move). Vince said Bonnie was stressed a bit, we probably didn’t wait long enough after giving her the sedative before putting her in the car. Loki just “helped” drive and Clyde was stressed a bit but soon got over it. Vince doesn’t “talk” and share, you are so right that men don’t
Rita – hope NC is on your list of stops! You ARE a very strong lady
Welcome everyone new
Kate – great keeping up with the exercising! I wish I was 127, but I do have the love handles if that counts…lol Great plank
Becca – so glad that headache went away
Karen – Olivia is beautiful
Gotu – You had me rolling
They took the solar cover off the pool this morning. Never have we been able to go swimming in Feb. Thank you FL!!!! Just went to WalMart to get a FEW things. I’ll go to Aldi tomorrow. I couldn’t get over how much milk was at WM!!! It’s cheaper at CVS!
Margaret – Have you tried the Artic Zero ice cream. Admitted, its not cheap. It’s for the lactose intolerant so it isn’t creamy. But even Vince says that the chocolate is very chololatey. I got a container of the cake batter for down here. Just think I might have some. Each serving is only 35 calories (some are 70)
Janet – keeping your gs in my prayers
Sherry – good to “see” you
Lanette – I have this big BIG file with all my blood work, DEXA scan, etc info,. Vince and I do the same thing – have a paper and just write “see attached”
Mary – what darlings you have there
Michele from NC now in sunny FL -- yippee

Pip, thank you for your story. Very inspirational - keep doing what you're doing!
Mary, love the Victoria and Hayley photo - so cute they have the "V" and "H" on their little helmets. I'm guessing they are identical? I could kiss those chubby cheeks all day and never get tired of it ;-)
Yinka, of course you are building muscle! Your "updates" are so interesting. You are the busiest person I know-do you ever slow down? Good for you, by the way.
Heather, WOWSA that red dress is super! Are you sure this is a photo of you and not a daughter??? The "book pile" is so sweet... the sad thing about not having kids is not having grandkids - I miss that. Put off starting a family until it was too late I'm afraid, but enjoy seeing everyone else's little ones. Sounds like a busy day and I bet you are knackered!
Funny, as I read the comments from you all, I imagine you talking in the accent of your region. Having lived on both coasts and a bit in the south, plus having in-laws from Canada, it makes it more fun.
And if I haven't mentioned it, kudo's to all of you current and retired teachers. Big job! Thank you for doing it!
I worked in private business for many years then ended up in county government - 911 and Public Works which I retired from last year. I used to be the biggest critic of "government" workers but all jobs can be super stressful, dangerous, and just plain hard, especially in small counties where the $$ and staffing is tight.
Some folks are able to make them look easy. I always found work, even if it wasn't my "cup of tea", a way to take my mind off other things - family or problems that were concerning me. Glad to have a 2 day a week job now to give my brain a break!
Have a good week!
Lanette

Hi again. Wanted to share some from the ebook I've been reading (for 2nd time) while doing the treadmill. It's called "4 Mindsets for Effective Weight Loss: Prepare Your Mind to Lose Belly Fat" by Mark Diaz. It's a FREE Kindle book download.
The 4 Mindsets are: Control, Enhanced Awareness, Investment Mentality, & Focused Judgement. It mentions often that it's important to achieve Control in order to effectively do the others, but they all work in conjunction with each other.
The basic gist of control is to stop blaming external factors or people & take charge of your decisions. Accept responsibility for your choices & know you have the power to make better, healthier ones. In order to get better at this, he also talks about pausing before making any decision. During the pause, reflect on the choice & the healthy vs unhealthy consequences of your choice. Then make your decision & accept that it was YOURS - good or bad. By having an attitude that you are in control, you're more likely to get better & better at resisting temptations & also not feel like you're giving up something in life to eat healthy. This attitude will also make it more likely to stick with it for the long haul (making it a way of life) instead of feeling like you're depriving yourself of what you want just to lose wt in the short term. This makes me think of a saying I've heard before (not sure if quoting this correctly): Be careful of your words - they become your thoughts - & they become your actions. (Something like that.)
Enhanced Awareness is the idea of imagining yourself in 3rd person whenever you feel tempted to make an unhealthy decision. It involves using the pause to remind yourself of what you gain (good health, etc) by choosing healthy food & exercising vs. unhealthy food & not exercising. He suggests even going into the bathroom & looking at yourself in the mirror to do this when practical or if a temptation is strong, so you can better focus on thinking about your choices & put more space between you & the temptation.
Investment Mentality relates to deciding to invest more time, money, & energy in our lives to healthier endeavors vs. unhealthy ones. (Time spent on MyFitnessPal certainly fits into this.) Again, it comes down to the choices we make: choosing to invest our time/money/energy in things that improve our health instead of things that have a negative impact.
Focused Judgement is about judging the quality of the food we eat. He mentions that we should focus our attention mostly on nutritional value, rather than social value. He suggests rating foods as either High Quality (basically anything in its natural state, with the most nutrients), Low Quality (heavily processed foods, with low nutritional value), or Medium Quality (minimally processed). Before making a food choice, think about which category it falls into & make most choices the High Quality group. Again, this works along with the Pause he talks about & taking time to consider the value of the food before just mindlessly eating it.
If you are able to check out this book, I highly recommend it. For those who don't use ebooks, it's probably available somewhere in print, too. The book goes into much more detail & gives some really good additional "food for thought". One feature of the book I also like is that each section includes an Action Step part & Week Challenge. He suggests working on these mindsets before even starting to try to lose weight, but I think it's helpful advice to use no matter where you are in your journey.
I'll keep reading it again & again (at least skimming anyway) & write down key quotes from it to help me stay focused on these mindsets.

Karen in VA ... still breaks my heart to see the little ones hooked up to medical equipment ... so glad the prognosis is positive!!
Mary ... the twins are cutie patooties!!
JanetR ... fantastic news about your grandson! Will continue to pray.
Husband's Back Update ... Bulging Disc ... not vertebrae destabilization. High dose of steroids prescribed to get through weekend ... which were effective Friday and Saturday but are becoming less so as they "wean" down. Surgeon reviewing MRI and discussing "options" Monday. Husband made it to church today so that was a plus.
Lenora ... Older Son Info ... I've shared some of this before so feel free to skip! ...I have two boys. My older son is 30. The younger is 19. Older son was born 16 weeks premature at 24 weeks gestation ... weighed a whopping 2#1oz but dropped to 1#5oz immediately after birth. A miracle boy, really. He only had a 10% chance of surviving the first 24 hours. Which he obviously did! I was told he would be blind, cognitively impaired, non-communicative ... unlikely to do much of anything. He wears glasses, graduated with highest honors from high school and magna cum laude from college and speaks four languages! He does, however, have cerebral palsy and is dependent on a wheelchair. He has multiple health issues and he requires assistance in all areas of daily living ... bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, laundry ... etc. He currently lives independently, renting a room in a large home owned by a charitable foundation that strives to help physically disabled individuals live independent, self-directed lives. The state is not involved in his life decisions or living arrangements. However, my son uses different funding sources the state makes available to people with disabilities to employ personal care aides and that makes it possible for him to live on his own. When they are sick or quit, I become his back-up aide. Right now he is unemployed (he has worked as a Spanish translator among other things) but volunteers where he can. By the end of the month he will be volunteering 5 days a week at a local cancer center and with two veterans organizations in Buffalo, NY. He's also in the process of registering for further education. This time focusing on a counseling/ministry degree. It's his greatest desire to help others. To say I am inordinately proud of him is an understatement. He is a fighter! And for those of you who have children or family members with situations or conditions that seem hopeless ... I would point to my son ... everything is possible!

Reading everyone's posts, not writing so much, but thinking of all of you. Love the grandkid pics, each and every one...
Did the 180-mile roundtrip to Odessa this morning to buy the DH a new computer... his six-year-old laptop just cannot cope. If it will give him something to keep him occupied when he's not in PT over the next couple months--worth every penny. Is it the right time financially? Probably not. Still worth it for me when it's for him.
He's got his smile back today, the pain levels are down, as well as pain pill intake. I missed him.
Love y'all,
Lisa5 -
Lanette – I agree; having to fill out forms … I couldn’t get what I take in the way of medications on the 5 little lines. I had a complicated pregnancy that I put on; because it could have turned into cancer if my OB/GYN had not done a whole lot of research.
My middle sister has 2 kids (girl and a boy); but, she will never have any grandchildren; so she is ‘godmother’ to my oldest sister’s 6 grandchildren.
Katla – Cracker is an ‘inside’ dog; and, as long as we keep her clipped she doesn’t shed quite a bad as she would if she had her ‘broken’ coat; and, she does not have a doggie odor either because when I take her to be washed, she is ‘de-skunked’ as well. I don’t know what I’d do if she actually did get sprayed; I guess I’d be going to the grocery store, and buying 2 or 3 big cans of ‘tomato juice’.
Becky – A lot of us open up a word processing program (mind can then be minimized and put up beside the community screen). That is how I keep up trying to post when I find something to do. Or you can go back-and-forth between the screens if you have problems with having to scroll over with both.
When we go out to eat; the first thing I do is cut my entrée in ½. Then I bring it home and have it the next day at lunch. Restaurants put way too much food on your plate. We went to a Chinese Restaurant and the first time we went and ordered at night; the waiter told us to order the ‘lunch’ plate as they put almost as much on it as they do at dinner. It still was ‘way too much’’ so we brought it home with us.
When someone says they are having a hard time falling to sleep or waking up; I always suggest they talk to the MDs about the possibility of have ‘sleep apnea’. Ask your husband ‘if’ you snore when you are asleep. When testing, they will let you sleep and they record what is going on in the room, how many times you snore, how many time you stop breathing, how many times and how long you are awake and asleep. The 2nd test, they put on a C-pap machine and send the results to your GP or Neurologist … whoever ordered the test. I had my last test at my ‘lung MD’s’ office; and, I won’t ever do that. I will ask that I be allowed to take it at the hospital because their beds are adjustable … his were like sleeping on a slab of concrete.
Pip – I think even ‘if’ you have had a lot of ‘fast food’ and then start on MFP, you become aware of how many calories things have in them. That made me stop eating it and sometimes finding out what’s actually in things, will turn you off as well. When I do eat a hotdog it has to be a “Hebrew National” one, since they are kosha. But, I will eat my DOS’s hotdog; but, without the bun.
Mary – Victoria and Haylee are so cute; hard to believe they are already 9 months old. The helmets are cute with the stickers on them.
Carol – Our Japanese tulip tree is also in full bloom; usually we have one more frost that sometimes takes some blooms with it. I hope we don’t have one this year. I’m ready for some warm weather. Today is beautiful; so, Cracker and I went for a 45-minute trek around the property.
Michele – Y’all did not stop; I was on the side of the road, and was waving my arms wildly. They probably don’t serve walk-ups because it puts them too close to someone wanting to rob them; at least from a car, if they ducked that would not get shot. A car driving up; even if they stuck a gun out of the window; are still not in a good position to shoot. That is why they always close the window after you pay and pick up, too.
I just got back from a 45-minute walk with Cracker. She’s tired and asleep right now. Louis and are ‘fixin’ to watch a movie; actually we are about to watch a movie.
