I finished month 1 of Insanity and just started month 2 yesterday. Holy soreness! It was hard, but not as bad as I thought when I read up on what the workouts would be like. I feel like I can keep up more, I'm more flexible, my endurance is definitely better. I still stop alot and take breaks, but I'm doing it!!1

Week 4 Day 2 - I feel so bad and guilty because I missed my workout today. I feel like I ruined my entire routine and process, which sucks. I ate healthy and walked a lot but I feel like that's not good enough.
Meh, I missed two p90x this week from my back issues. Just shake it off or restart the week. Chances are you will do more then one round anyways and you will still progress and loose weight minus those workouts. Life happens0 -
