Agreed with the red delicious apples. Not delicious. I don't like raw celery, can only eat raw tomatoes in the summer, otherwise they're nasty to me. Liver? GROSS. Mushrooms are disgusting and the texture is horrific. Raisins are eternally disappointing and if you bake them into anything it turns that yummy cookie into trash. Water chestnuts have a horrible texture and I can't stand them. Steamed green beans squeak on my teeth when I try to eat them and it's unbearable - I can only eat them boiled/baked/raw.

Squash! Zucchini, yellow, crookneck ANY VARIETY! They all have the same type of taste, and the texture is just mushy and weird. The only squash I've tried that where the texture wasn't exactly the same as the others was Spaghetti Squash, and then I got food poisoning from it at a restaurant, and everytime I've tried it since then I've always felt sick.

Fish also *bleck* there has never been a fish I've enjoyed eating.

Also popcorn *gag* I only ever eat it in the in the movie theater and then I immediately regret it.

    Delicious apples. They are not.

yeah they are bland and have a weird texture.

    Pink lady apples 4lyfe.

Pink Ladys are my favorite. Honeycrisp when they are right in season are great too. (There's only a short window where they taste just right to me.)

Can't do Red Delicious, Granny Smith or any of the grainy varieties. Ick.

Cooked carrots, although I'm fine with raw carrots. Red delicious apples. Fresh bananas (the texture), although I like banana chips and freeze-dried bananas. Mayo, which isn't necessarily a "healthy" food but isn't really "unhealthy" either. It's a color + texture thing, I think; white + jiggly = ick. I eat greek yogurt every day, though, and that texture doesn't bother me.

    Mushrooms.

This was me from birth to 35. Raw the squeak got to me. Cooked the mush and the umami-ness got to me.

    Now I love em.

There's not much I actively dislike but there's some I don't actively seek out often or at all. Not a fan of green beans or kale, just pointless to me! Rarely get carrots but do like them, just not something I eat much of.

Aaaand I think that's about it.

Edit: Forzen veg, if I have to I will but mostly nope.

I thought I was the only one who noticed the green-bean squeak. But I've only noticed it on frozen green beans after I cook them. Haven't yet had a problem with fresh.
