I'd love to join in! I'm currently about 140 pounds and trying to lose about 20 pounds by June! It looks like a few other people have similar goals (: feel free to add me! I'd also love to make a GroupMe with a few girls to keep each other motivated. But I'll try to share my stats here when I can remember ;D also, thinking about maybe do insanity? Does anyone still do that exercise? lol1

I'm in, thk I'll be joining a gym this weekend, I need to lose 20lbs. I just read an old post on MPG about Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (I purchased this DVD years ago) think I'll try to make it allllll the way through the 30 days instead of spending $$$ I'm a year gym membership. Wish me luck!1

It's Just an idea, but you might want to look into the ketogenic diet it's the only thing that has worked for me a month ago I weighed 230 and I am now down to 216!3

Hello Everyone! I am a little late to the party but would love to join. I am a mother of 4 and looking to loose 20-25 pounds by the summer. I have been working out and eating clean for almost two weeks now. Feeling energized! Don't know if I lost any weight yet. Just ordered a new scale today! I'm so down for this challenge!0

So I did 30 Day Shred last night, one word...BRUTAL. I also stepped on the scale this AM, I need to lose 25lbs not 20lbs0

Weighed myself this morning and I'm down 1 pound. I am not going to officially log this because I like to record weight loss on Fridays. ****But Yay, Me! -also I was at a plateau for over 3 weeks so this is a big deal to me.1

Hi...I've been on MFP for a little over a year, and lost a little over 40 lbs., quit smoking, started exercising again, and I'm in for the long haul. I have another 60+ lbs. to go.
This app works if you work it, like anything else.
