    - long treadmill walkers. If you plan on going for 2 hour walk at 2mph, the park or the mall is probably an excellent place to go, instead of parking on a treadmill while others would like to use it

    what the heck is the difference if is 2mph or 6mph? walk or run? it's a treadmill and is used for walking and running...right?
    (is there only one treadmill at this gym?)

    I generally run the treadmill when the weather is bad. The weather is never bad at the mall - if I could run there I certainly would, but I don't think the business owners would appreciate me terrorizing everyone by whipping by them as I did laps. However, the mall is a perfect place for a nice leisurely stroll.

    The gym I used to go to had 4, usually full with people waiting.

    If you're trolling for a guy, stay away from the married ones. It sucks for their wives.

    QFT, it sucks for the married guys too... at least, us faithful ones...
