I took the day off work. My goal is to do nothing worth being proud of!3

I rolled into work 45 minutes late this morning and still managed to get a good parking spot. Since I've been here, I've done nothing all day but wander around the office chatting with coworkers and screwing around on the internet without even a single person asking me for something work related.5

Figured out how to set up my new phone. I cussed it but didn't smash it. LOL6

I'm making a genuine effort to be nice to the catty old gossips at work that I really don't like.4

I entertain my kids AND got a little of my essay done by shouting out the sentences as I typed them while they tried to interject with alternate endings.

I emptied, loaded, and ran the dishwasher. It's only 8:45. I might do it again.5

Nothing. Nearly literally. I did get out of bed to make coffee. Then promptly returned to drink it.2

I went to the healthy expo and got my blood sugar and blood pressure done both in normal range. ( plus weird awesome giveaways like quinoa)1

I walked four miles this morning.3

I woke up, easily at 6. Which is usually a struggle during the week! Ugh. But then I ran 5 miles. Was only going to do 4, but decided to do 5. Felt great. I'm also proud of the fact, we went to a restaurant that had minimal healthy options - but I stayed within a reasonable calorie range.3

I was super patient as we test drove vehicles today. I wasn't even scared to park them1
