I didn't want to. But I went outside in the wind and the cold and the dark and I ran.1

I got everything on my to-do list done, plus some laundry I had scheduled for tomorrow, and had dinner prepped before my husband got home. I've surely been replaced by a pod person.0

Kept my sanity while raising an 11 year old girl, 6 year old and two year old boys. I never even opened my wine but I did eat two brownies.1

Won a free donut from Tim Hortons and gave it to someone else instead of getting one for myself and devouring it3

I made awesome turkey burger. Sauteed mushrooms and onions. Lettuce and Dijon mustard. And it was shockingly delicious. It's now in my rotation!!0

I have 2 pints of coconut ice cream (my absolute favorite ) in my fridge and I didn't touch it. 2 weeks ago, it wouldn't of mattered. But I've been good with my eating and I'm seeing the scale drop lbs so I'm good3
