Fitbit sync issues still??

Are my fellow Fitbit users still having syncing issues today? This is going into day 3 for me and I'm getting annoyed. The only way I can get it to sync is by going on the mfp actual website, uninstalling Fitbit, and reinstalling it each time. I was hoping today it would be fixed.

I definitely did yesterday, but I don't rely on it much so gave up quickly.0

Ugh, hopefully they fix it soon. I have been using my Fitbit since September and have lost a huge amount of my weight with it. Good thing is now I can kind of see where my activity level is and the calories I need to eat. I just wish it would work right now, I'm a creature of habit2

I was having issues too, I just disconnected it from MFP and reconnected and it worked.0

i have relinked like three times now - it syncs once ... but then not again until I re-link it ...1

I am so happy to see that I am not the only one that's annoyed that their FitBit isn't syncing. This has been going on for days. I have relinked several times. The steps show up and it never syncs after that. Yesterday I was off 1467 steps. I have sent en email to MyFitnessPal but no answer as of yet. Fitbit answered me right away and that's where I got the recommendation to relink. I am also having issues with the app crashing when opening it. This is becoming very frustrating. We shouldnt have to relink several times a day to get our data.1

I seriously thought I was the only one! I was scrolling through the forum and saw the most recent date of this post! haha I kept thinking..."damnit I guess I should disconnect and reconnect"
funny thing too...I uninstalled and currently am reinstalling. But after reading this...I feel a bit better0 -
I suggest looking at the 'calories left' number on your fitbit app for now (MFP is always off by 150 anyway). At least fitbit can read MFP meals just fine.1

I have the same issues as well, very frustrating when you rely on it. Having to keep disconnecting the apps and re-pairing but it will only update once.0

My Fitbit is still not synching. I had to reinstall the app again to upload data. It will update if I keep doing this. I hope management gets the problem worked out soon because I am losing data for some reason.0

Mine is synching but the calories seem way lower than normal. I don't use it to gauge my food but still annoying lol0

Had to uninstall the Fitbit app on
MFP then add it back on, agreeing to
New terms and conditions0 -
I revoked access from fitbit web page, disconnected from mfp web. reconnected on mfp web and it's working.
However I have earned 50 calories but only have had 390 steps this am so far so it's incorrect:( but syncing.0 -

Have done that a few times (yesterday and toda. Worked only temporarily.0 -
I've done the access revocation from Fitbit page, disconnect from MFP webpage, and reconnecting three times now. No dice. Anyone else have any ideas or still having the same issues?0

I am a newbie and couldn't get my steps to synch from Fitbit to mfp but food entries from mfp to Fitbit app work fine? Bonkers.0

If MFP and Fitbit are synced but you are not seeing Fitbit steps, on the MFP mobile app go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected as the Step Source.
If MFP and Fitbit are not syncing at all, read through the below articles and follow the steps.
Try turning off bluetooth on all your mobile devices to ensure no connection, then unlink MFP and Fitbit and relink.
If you still have trouble syncing the Fitbit, then I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages... http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new
