What Do You Put in Your Egg Whites?

I've discovered the advantages of eating egg whites. I use 4 egg whites and I've been putting in salsa (total calories = 72). I'm getting kind of burned out on salsa so I've gone to a half-ounce of shredded cheese (total calories = 123). What do you put in your egg whites?

Spinach, minced garlic and feta. Just a little bit of feta will add incredible creamy deliciousness!0

cajun seasoning is awesome. I also have dabbled with garlic pepper to give them a different flavor. Both dont add calories!0

Veggies, seasoning, I add an egg too.
I normally eat a scramble with whatever I have left from Dinner the night before0 -

I normally use 1 whole egg and a half cup of egg whites, with pepper. I have added bell peppers and mushrooms before and it was good also.0

Peppers and feta are my fav combo. I'll sprinkle in bacon or turkey if I'm in the mood for meat0

sun dried tomatoes!! they are the BEST! the ones that are dry, not soaked in oil. you can also try some spices from the spice market.0

Sometimes I make a breakfast scramble using asparagus, shredded potatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms, pepper and a dab of butter...YUMMY!!!
Otherwise I might do any veggies I have in the fridge - cauliflower, broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, onions, asparagus, spinach, sometimes I add a little Feta cheese, salsa or hot sauce to change it up.0 -

I usually scramble them with low-fat shredded cheese and pieces of Canadian bacon. Then top with a little salsa. If I want a little more filling breakfast (if I know I will be having a pretty light lunch) I will combine all that in a low-fat wheat wrap.0

A big handful of fresh herbs from the garden (oregano, dill, basil...whatever's out there), finely chopped mushrooms and spinach or kale with a tiny bit of grated good parmesan and lots of pepper......fresh herbs are amazing.0

Habanero's minced up or just hot sauce. I actually hate the taste of whole eggs but love egg whites.0
