I add people if I know a bit about how they think; if they seem intelligent and rational.
I don't add people who blindly send me "Friend Requests" without some sort of introduction, picture or not.
Saying you will not accept a "friend" who doesn't have a picture is silly because pictures can be of anyone and from any time.
That is my opinion anyway.

Pictures just distinguish one profile from another relatively quickly. If someone wants to friend me it doesn't matter if they have a picture or not. Pretty witty discussion.

I'm the same way. I get a feel for the individuals personality through the forums. I could care less if they have a picture of their face or of a meme. Honestly, the majority of the interesting people have no real PP. It makes sense because all they have to draw people in is their wit and humor instead of attractiveness. I'd rather have a friends list full of people who can make me laugh rather attractive narcissists.9 -
