    I have officially found my people... crazy runner AND like the 3rd person (maybe not even that many) I have ran across that would understand nanoo nanoo I am actually speechless and in awe. (Perhaps a bit of a dork, and easily impressed as well.)

    No running to report. 5k tomorrow curtesy of crazy friend. Not looking forward to it. Runs lately have been slow and sucky. Gotta figure out how to fix that before half next month or else this month won't be much fun.

    Busy week at work and I have been so tired. Took midday naps Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday I fell asleep in the couch at 4pm and slept for 2 hours. Probably could have slept there all night but my husband woke me up for dinner :) Last night I forgot to set my alarm, fell into bed and slept until 8am - over 9 hours! Missed my early run window but no meetings thank goodness. I did discover later that some folks from work were calling my cell and texting me though that I missed. I ran late today and was thinking at first how good it felt, then how terrible it felt and started singing 'High Hopes' in my head because each day I run I have high hopes it will be a good run! Around mile 2 I actually started feeling pretty good an managed to run most all of the rest of my planned route. I will go out thinking I can get 8 tomorrow but will be ok if I can get in only 6. The way I have been feeling, that will be good enough! I am hoping this goes away in time for me to be ready for the HM in July...
