Observing actions than relying on words0

A human being is a part of the whole, called by us “Universe,” a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest — a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty. - Einstein
Why just be subject to part, when we can have the whole? We are limitless.

You don’t get past the anger by suppressing it. You don’t move through grief by denying it. The only way to get through those difficult aspects of healing is by claiming the right to feel them.4

smh. you didn't teach me how to love myself, but I DID learn a lot through knowing you and loving you. yeah, you impacted my life. But the hurt and f ups? It absolutely goes both ways. I won't bash you publicly, nor will I wish you any ill will; there's no sense in that. Sure, I have regrets. Hindsight is 20/20 and there's a lot I wish I could change. but I can't so... I have to own that.0 -
