    Successes / struggles: Had a very stressful month with flooding in my home and I was very stressed and sick so I am happy to be in onederland and will do better in June.

    It's okay, as long as you have that limit that you won't go past. We have to be able to treat ourselves at times. Good luck getting back in the saddle! :)

    For the last few months I've been gaining and losing the same 5lbs. But I take ownership of this and I am determined to get below 140 again! Baby steps...

    Successes / struggles this week: I hit my first major goal early this week (250), then bounced back a little, hit it again, bounce... Today I'm at 249.4. Hopefully resuming the downward trend again for the June challenge. OMG, it's almost June already???

    Successes / struggles this week: I've been logging every day, and doing some exercise almost everyday. I'm pretty happy with almost 5 lbs lost this month. We are going out for Thai food for my son's birthday tonight, and I will try to make good choices. Thanks for the inspiration everyone!

    Successes / struggles this week: I didn't loose as much this week as last week (or any other) but I did resist the urge to go under calories, I allowed myself a treat or two, and feel I have reached a sustainable compromise between happiness and weight loss.

    I did not make it to 129 like I wanted and this week hasn't been the greatest diet wise/plus lady days are ahead and I'm retaining water like s freaking water ballon. Boo. Whatever, I still had a really great month of loss and I couldn't be happier. I am so close to my goal. Started adding strength. This week I hit my goal of a mile done in under 8 minutes(7:50). I got to run on a beautiful trail out in the country and just enjoyed being outside. Today I went swimming(need a new suit that fits btw
