Successes / struggles this week:I have been feeling really hungry this week but managing to keep food close to goal. This week my youngest has the snots and cough so I haven't been able to go to the gym with her(daycare won't even except kids with snots). So my mom has been watching her while I run outside or Nights when we don't have kid activities I have gone to the gym. I like routine so this bothers me but I'm making it work. Today my mom can't watch kiddo in the morning and we have a school event in the afternoon. So I gotta squeeze in my workout in the evening. I don't like to run too many days in a row(it's hard in my bad ankle), so I will def be going to the gym to use the elliptical, rather than run outside. I am getting SOOOO close to being in the 120s again. I do progress pictures and measurements on the 2nd of every month, I am really excited to see the difference. I really feel FINALLY some of my stubborn belly/sparetire/baby leftovers are starting to melt away.

What I would do: Copy your last entry and then modify it to update your info. Have a great day.

Weight -/+ this month:7 lbs so far

Successes: I managed to still get my workouts in, even with a kid with snots(=no using daycare while I workout). So I was able to rearrange other times to workout. In the past I have let little bumps in the road like that to detour me. Today I ran two really great miles (one at 8:15 and the other 8:16). All of my miles in my 6.5 mile run were under 10 minute miles and a majority were faster than 9 minutes. Those are great times for me. I'm so close to being in the 120s.

The body can very cruel. I had a plateau for 3 weeks and then for no real reason lost 3lbs in week, just know if your are doing the right things you will lose what you need to eventually.

Successes / struggles this week: This past weekend was my first monthly "beer weekend". Once (or sometimes twice) a month during camping weather I gather up 20 gallons of homebrew and try to get it all consumed by me and my friends before the weekend is over. Came very close to succeeding this time. Probably closer than ever before. Practice makes perfect! Yet despite all the drinking, I still came out of the weekend at a lower weight than I went into it. Can we say "dehydration"? Probably... So I'm looking for that bounce-back in the next day or two, but for today I'm happy to log my weight as a new low. I deserve it after last week's "I did everything right but still gained" fiasco.
