    05/10: 253.6 (-1.6) Achieved my goal of breaking 255 two days early. I'm elated! Drinking tons of water and getting my steps in.

    05/06: 164.2lbs...a bit of a whoosh this week. We'll see if it sticks. I've upped my calories to slow things down a bit but obviously I can add more.

    05/07: 166.4lbs - yesterday was too good to be true...TOM starts today or tomorrow so I was somewhat expecting this. Hopefully if I stay with the plan I'll be back down in a few days.

    05/07: 210.8 lbs. Yesterday (5/6) was beer & pizza day, no surprise here
    05/08: 209.2 lbs. Always a good bounce back after beer & pizza day!
    05/09: 208.2 lbs.
    05/10: 206.8 lbs. Great trend this week, and I haven't done anything different than usual. Awesome!!
    05/11: 208.4 lbs. Not too surprising here, did some heavy lifting at the gym last night, probably water gain that should come off within the next day or two.
