    May 5 - 4.7 km walking (55 min) + 7 flights of stairs (6 min)

    May 6 - 163.3 km cycling (515 min) ... May's century ride. :)

    5.31 hours so far. Had several days off celebrating my Birthday for Cinco de Mayo with several loved ones on different days. I'm back at it B)
