I'd to add it all up (maybe later) but I exercise 5 days a week for 30-120 mins a day; lifting, body weight exercises and/or rowing. So, I usually go over 24 hrs per month but next week I'm taking a week off on vacation. So, this month's total will be lower.
Ok, added up my exercise time for May to-date: 1305 mins/21.75 hours.
Lost about 6 hours last week because I was on vacation. Should do about 3 hours in next 2 days which will put me over 24 but normally it would be closer to 30 because my routine usually does not vary that much.
My exercise routine includes 4 days of lifting only 1 compound lift per day (M/Tu & Th/F)-- DL/OHP & BP/SQT. A 5x10 pullup, 5x20 pushup and 5x15 dip routine 3days a week (MWF). 2x10 min rowing 2x's a week (TuTh) and sometimes extra if I need to burn a few more cals.
Since summer is here, I also sometimes do a crossfit routine in the backyard including sled push/pull, 200# tire flip/sledge and battle ropes; usually about a 1-1.5 hr total, 1x a week on Wed.

My progress photos. I know it's probably not necessary but I am REALLY happy with this month. I may have slowed my loss this month by a whole 3 pounds but I really feel this has been my best month yet. I have really hit some big accomplishments for myself fitness wise and I am feeling fantastic!! I am so happy with my progress.
