    82 minutes of Legs 05-03
    117 minutes of Arms and HIIT treadmill
    5.31 hours so far. Had several days off celebrating my Birthday for Cinco de Mayo with several loved ones on different days. I'm back at it B)

    47 minutes of Legs 05-09
    6.09 hours so far

    Everyone is kicking bootay! B)

    60 minutes of Chest 05/11
    7.09 hours so far :p

    100 minutes of back and incline treadmill yesterday
    8.75 hours

    70 minutes of Legs! 05-13
    9.91 hours so far

    87 minutes of Shoulders 05-15
    11.36 hours only (12.64) more to go... or more :wink:

    95 minutes of Legs and Abs on 5-20
    98 minutes of Shoulders and Interval Stairs on 5-21
    14.57 hours (had a set back with some stomach pain and had to take off 4 days but feeling better now)
