Tomorrow, however, is going to be a big challenge. I have to go to a bbq and will be massively tempted and massively pressured to try everything. But then again, one meal/one day, won't be that big a deal, especially if I stay within my calories. The worst thing is I could knock myself out of ketosis and have some of the flu symptoms again.0 -

Starting weight was 144 and I'm 139 this week - 8 days keto. I know most of it was water weight but still it's nice to the scale going, especially since I haven't been exercising much. I'm planning to start adding more exercise starting tomorrow.2 -

16 total minus 4 fiber = 12 net. I think anything under 20 is great. If I go to low I seem to get constipated. Which is the devil!1

Monday, May 15: 15g Total Carbs
Tuesday, May 16: 19g Total Carbs
Wednesday, May 17: 16g Total Carbs
Thursday, May 18: 28g Total Carbs
Friday, May 19: 20g Total Carbs
Saturday, May 20: 16g Total Carbs
Hopefully I'll keep up with it better!
The scale hasn't budged since beginning this challenge, but that isn't uncommon for me. It will stay the same for weeks, then all of a sudden I'll get a big WOOOSH!2 -
