    Spinach kale banana berry Matcha flax seed protein powder smoothie, Greek yogurt with honey. 40 cal fudge pops, La Croix sparkling grapefruit. Kellogg's special K protein bars (170 cal candy bar). Dried fruit and nuts and a few chocolate chips trail mix. Coffee!
