Hello:) for me it's a hen EGG. It keeps me full longer. Warm boiled egg gives me this feeling of a successful meal whether it's part of breakfast or supper. It's a protein source together with vit B and minerals. What is your one superfood and why?

All my food is super food, but hemp hearts in my yogurt definitely keep me full vs just fruit and yogurt. They have a surprising amount of protein and tons of fat which I struggle to have enough of daily.

    I don't think anything I eat is a superfood.

    Hmmmm...

    Either rum, or carrot cake.

Hmmm, That's something I'll have to ask my wife to make

    Rum, carrot cake.

    It's a thing!

    Expensive wine.

I doubled the cost per bottle, halved my consumption, kept most of the pleasure.
    LOL
I was going to go with "higher proof liquors". My last 3 purchases were a 92 proof rum, 110 proof bourbon, and another bourbon at 120 proof...

@stanmann571 bacon cheeseburger is totally one thing, not two. :star:

But really, sweet potato has been a successful addition to my diet. Super versatile, nutritious, and it tastes good.

    Also, dark beer. Or whiskey.

I eat super food. Don't believe in superfoods, though. That's just tabloid/blog fodder. :)
