Today's notes: Got to sleep in this morning, after about 8 hours of sleep and got my run in. This run was one of those, felt harder than it was types. I maxed my HR at 163 at one point. Average HR of the run was 151, with 91% of the run in z1 or z2. Weather was great, just below 50F, and my pace showed it, ran a 9:18 average pace, and it felt GOOD! Tomorrow will be a harder trail run, so we'll see how that goes.

Hope you all have a runderful day!

There are several ways to put up a picture, but the easiest one, is to click the image button in the reply box, as shown here:

    ngb8nglzi971.png

There you can up load a picture or link to one on line.

Are you on mobile? I am and there is no option.

I would share a photo of what mine looks like but...

I can't see a way on mobile either. I always upload on the computer.

ETA: if you see my post below, I figured out how to do it on an Android.

You can do like PastorVincent said, or as I said earlier, drag the actual image file into the text box where you type your reply

    m6bada49b50r.jpg

I'ma have a problem getting my pics from mobile to PC... Unless *insert thinking that's what the cloud is for? *Insert awe*

The answer to ALL your problems is to get an iPhone! The pictures will go automatically from your phone to your PC (yes iCloud) and all of those buttons will be there to allow you to post pictures in MFP

    Now THATS blasphemy!

Nope nope nope! No iPhone needed! My Google Pixel XL (android) phone automatically backs up all of my photos as well. I can log into Google on any computer and access all of my photos. Also, all of my documents, since I store them all in Google Drive. (I am not an iPhone fan, hehe >:) )

@shanaber My Garmin Fenix 3 HR has call and message notifications. But it is a pricier and higher end model than the Forerunner series.
Not sure about others in the FR series, but the 235 has call and message notifications also. I love the look of the Fenix watch, but the weight is what puts me off from getting one. The FR 935 on the other hand has everything that the Fenix 5 has, but weighs a lot less...you just have to be ok with a plastic watch.

My phone automatically backs up too. But I've turned that off because I don't need every photo I ever taken of my dinner or cat pic that I've sent to DD. I do have a cool photo of a snail drinking from a water bead that's amazing, I'd probably back that one up.

no i phones, no iPod, "I" anything. I won't even buy apple stock. Google products all the way. When my cellular contract runs out, I plan on going to Google's cell service with the Pixel.

Did not get up to run... So tired. Today is our company pool party (kid friendly). So hopefully I'll be able to get in some laps. DH has bilateral shin splints because he's gone from 40mpm to 84 currently. I may be running alone this weekend Saturday (hooray! - loner) Company okc dodgers ball game Sunday so I may miss that usual run.

I haven't really looked into the 735XT much; just the Fenix models, and the 935. The 735XT has some great features, and now that the 935 is out, I imagine the price has probably dropped (haven't checked on that though). However, I'm pretty much sold on the 935, I just wish they would bring out more colors and I'm hoping that by the time I get one, there will be more than just one color choice. My 235 has the Nike black/volt color scheme, which I rather like.

Today's long run was 86F with 59% humidity, which gives a dew point of 70F. Translation: sticky. Managed 21 slow-paced miles, which kept my heart rate down with an average of 140bpm. Nice and easy does it! Overall pace was 10:42 min/mi, which is fine, as keeping the HR down was more important. Now to rest over the weekend, ready for Monday's faster-paced run.

    05 - 13.56
    06 - 9.72
    07 - 22.03
    10 - 13.55
    11 - 9.76
    12 - 13.11
    13 - 9.57
    17 - 13.56
    18 - 9.88
    19 - 13.80
    20 - 10.58
    21 - 24.89
    23 - 5.69
    24 - 13.52
    25 - 10.09
    26 - 13.55
    27 - 11.18
    28 - 21.04

    Total: 239.08 / 250 miles

Yeah, I think they look great. Add a protective glass screen and they can take quite a beating too without looking like it. I'm thinking after my October marathon, I'll treat myself to the 935...it'll be close to my birthday, and feature-wise it's absolutely outstanding.

    July Total: 115.8/150
882.6 miles/2,017 miles - goal for the year

Yesterday I needed 10 miles and made it a Daily Double. Felt surprisingly good still, considering I haven't had a rest day since Saturday, and this stretch has included a PR long run and speed training. I ALSO did an intense Zumba class last night, since my FAVE teacher was subbing, and was still surprisingly not dead and alert afterwards (this is especially surprising b/c I hadn't gone to bed until 1am the night before, b/c of a concert, lol). However, when I woke up this morning I was still sooo sleepy, and did NOT want to get out of bed! So I think it's catching up, lol.

The good news is, my boss is out today, along with a bunch of other people, so it should be really quiet, and I should be able to get away with squeezing my 8 mile run in at lunch (shhhh, lol). That means I will have absolutely NOTHING to do the rest of the evening, once I get out of work! Woohoo!
