R11 SW 155.6 Goal for this challenge = NO SELF-SABOTAGE!!!
Final Goal weight: maybe 98 lbs? -- not really sure (sm. boned & petite)
4'11", female, 55 years old
7/22 155.6 Yay!!! Stayed under in calories & did 50 push-ups (10 reg. floor, 10 bent knee, 30 wall) & 20 triceps dips.
7/23 154.4 I'm so happy! I just hope that I don't do the self-sabotage thing, again.
7/24 154.4 Yay!
7/25 155.8 Stressful day, yesterday. Yes, self-sabotage, but not as bad = Don't know why I HAD to have chocolate covered peanuts & honey roasted cashews. I'm calling it self-sabotage because -- it was a craving, but I still did it even knowing..................... actually went to a store & bought them. Not like they were sitting around.

It happens. I've been trying to find low carb desserts, and maybe ones that have no to little sugar, and low fats to help with any cravings that I may have. It's hard, but I've found a few.4 -
End of Round 10: 163.0

About half way through Summer are you where you wanted to be?
Yes!
I started out on October 23 at 211 lbs. I'm only 5'5 so that put me well into obesity. I've lost almost 50 lbs now. I'm still not where I want to be, but I feel great about where I am and all I have accomplished. Next summer I should be at goal so I look forward to that!9 -
I'll join in. This is my first round. I'm a 47 yo female, 5'6.
Started at 193 pounds in July 2016
Lost to 137 pounds by April 2017.
I'd like to lose some of the almost 10 pounds I have gained back since April (too many vacation meals and drinks!)
Goal weight: 135
Day / Weight / Comments
7/22/ 146.4 / O.k., I gained more than I thought!
7/23 / 145.0 / This time I weighed first thing in the morning. Stuck to under 1200 calories yesterday.
7/24 / 142.6 / Wow! Looks like it must have been water weight from all the salty food and drink over the last 2-3 weeks. I will keep drinking water and stay under 1200 calories. Less than 7 pounds to go.
7/25 / 142.7 / Under 1200 calories yesterday. I want to add exercise, but afraid I will overeat due to increased hunger.

10 day goal: under 180
Day / Weight / Comments
7/22 / 182. Weekends are hard.
7/23. 181.4. I was not expecting that but I'll take it. Not the best or worst day food-wise but my kids kept me on my feet at least. . Meal planning and grocery shopping today.
7/24. 180.4 !!!!!!!!!!
7/25 182.6. What? lol. I stayed within calories and worked out yesterday, so I guess I'm just holding on to some water. Some extra carbs too. Drinking lots of water today. Planning to lift weights tonight so I'll probably be holding on to more water tomorrow.

Round 10--SW 230.3 EW 230.3 Weight loss/gain: 0
07/22--229.9 Goal for the next 10 days is to stay out of the 230's. Went on a hike today, we'll see what the scale says tomorrow.
07/23--228.8 Hopefully this will stick.
07/24--229.4 Totally surprised. Had a lot of salt yesterday and went over my calories by about 1000. Still under 230. It may catch up with me tomorrow, but happy with the small increase today.
07/25--228.8 Drank a lot of water yesterday to help counter with the excess salt I had the day before...I guess it helped. I'm making sure to drink a lot of water today as well.

Hey I'm back. Start weight 77kg and end weight id like 76.9 kg. I'm going to try a bit harder this round. Like exercise and drink more water and enjoy the food I'm eating - mindfulness. There's other stuff in my life at the moment (like most people) so I'm going to really try and focus on the good foods and maybe enjoy a wine. And the water I'm drinking. Have fun - we've got this (again)

My doctor told me to only exercise for 30 minutes a day for a total of 150 minutes a week. So, there are 2 days you can have as resting active days.
Does this mean intense cardio or strength training? Or both? Sometimes I feel if I'm only walking for thirty minutes that it won't be enough. I worry that I need to do more to see results. But this is good to know.
It doesn't matter as long as you are getting your heart rate up and moving. That's the key. I sometimes bike. I sometimes walk. I sometimes swim. I have done things on Wii Fit or Wii Dance. I use map my ride to help me track the calories I burn, and I use another app to count my steps when I walk to calculate the calories I burn. I do not find map my ride to be accurate on that. Right now, I'm doing a 7 day walking plan. Hope this helps.6 -
