    7/22 - 269.1 (122.1 kg)
    7/23 - 269.1 (122.1 kg) Have to step it up a little bit today so I see results tomorrow
    7/24 - 269.1 (122.1 kg) Same weight again. Did not count my calories yesterday. Today I will for sure!
    7/25 - 268.5 (121.8 kg) Just a little bit down. Worked out yesterday too.
    7/26 - 268.5 (121.8 kg)
    7/27 - 267.6 (121.4 kg) Terrible day yesterday, I did not count calories AND I was having bad cravings! That time of the month and it really suck!
    7/28 - 267.6 (121.4 kg) Had a good day yesterday. Work out and eat right. This go tooo slow!

    This is my second round and I’m so excited to start. I lost 3.2 pounds in round 10. I’m going to try for 3 pounds again. I am a serial weigher, so this helps me see the overall picture.

    R10: 204.6 – 201.4
    R11: 200 - ??
    5’6”
    Short term Goal weight: 195
    Ultimate Goal weight: 155

    7/22: 200. What the what? Not sure how this happened (I was 201.4) yesterday. Let’s expect some to come back tomorrow. LOL
    7/23: 199.6 – Woo! I’m so happy to see this. #1 I had a pretty huge loss yesterday (1.4) so expected some to fluctuate back up and #2 I traveled six hours in the car plus trying to stick to diet plan on the fly. And I also indulged in some burger/fries for lunch. Went a tad over on cals. I guess all this measuring and tracking and will power is paying off!
    7/24: 200.6 – And there it is. I’ve been expecting this. At least I can say it’s not because I “cheated” or “fell off the wagon”. I’m sticking to it and will keep sticking to it. Still a net loss!
    7/25: 200.4 – Meh.
    7/26: 200.2 – slow and steady wins the race. Company meeting with pizza, which I plan to forgo and eat my usual turkey sandwich with fruit and yogurt.
    7/27: 200 – ugh.
    7/28: 199.6 – Hopefully I don’t undo my progress this weekend. This didn’t come off without a fight.
    7/29 – Girls weekend, no scale/internet access

    Planning to lose 1.5 next 10 days. I'm adjusting my goal for the next 10 days. Figuring my age, metabolism, etc, losing 1.5# in 10 days means a daily calorie deficit of 500 calories which equals 1# a week.

    7/22 143.8 Doin' the whoosh!, and drank lots of lemon water to counteract very salty bacon. 50 on ellip. Happy about the drop.
    7/23 143.6 sore throat, hard to exercise, hard to eat
    7/24 143.2 Not taking credit as I'm pretty sure it's a result of being sick Mostly laying around. But getting better.
    7/25 144.2 Well, darn. Up. Was hoping to be in the 143's. Well, I'm better, not over it yet, but should be ellipting today. That will help. Plus, I return to eating sensibly. Been a week since the gym. Depressing. I have to get myself there even if it is in the evening.
    7/26 145 Half way thru and higher. Comfort ate yesterday. Today clean eating and hopefully some exercise for the first time in days. Hopefully. What goes on must come off. Right?
    7/27 145 70 on ellip but nutty buddy and wine... it could be worse. OK, tonight, the gym. I need to continue my therapy and eat right: low carbs/high protein. Wish me luck at getting back on track.

    7/28 145 At least I've held here for last few days. 70 on ellip again but food choices need improvement. I seem to have lost focus. Back to basics. I haven't been making protein drinks and it shows. I get hungry and make poor choices.
