Round 9: lowest, 164.8; highest, 169.0; mean, 166.8
Round 10 lowest, 166.0; highest, 168.0; mean 167.7 (166 on 4 days! I know I can improve on that!)

22/07/2017: 166.8. -0.6 on yesterday. Today's focus is to balance macros/micros, hydrate, 10,000+ steps, 20 strength, 20 flex.
23/07/2017: 166.6. Another -0.2.Family day today, so I got my strength and flex in early. Goals: balanced macro/micros, hydrate, 10,000+ steps, eat moderately this afternoon at my daughter's house. It's not easy to refuse when my grandson has baked for my visit, so I keep calories in reserve.
24/07/2017: 165. Wow! Didn't expect that whoosh! Had some baked goods and chocolate, but stayed under calories and stayed hydrated.
Today's Goals: pre-log/follow through to balance macros/micros; hydrate; 10,000+ steps, 20 strength, 20 flex.
25/07/2017: 165.6. Normal fluctuation. Today is my wedding anniversary, so I'm expecting a little more 'fluctuation' tomorrow morning!
26/07/2017: 166.5. And there it is! Lol! I enjoyed a marvellous day. Cause and effect! High sodium from restaurant meal, so holding water. Today's Goals: pre-log/follow through to balance macros/micros; hydrate; 20 strength, 20 flex ✅; 10,000+ steps.

7/22 187: Walked quite a bit yesterday. I actually did more than my daily steps.I did decrease my calories a little throughout the day because I had a planned evening out with 5 of my friends and former colleagues at Applebees. I wanted to make sure that I could enjoy my dinner without worrying too much about my calorie consumption. I thought about canceling even though it was in the making for about a month due to family circumstances, but my husband insisted that I go. I am glad I did. I needed that mental break. I did enjoy it, and I stuck to my diet with steak, steamed broccoli, and water. Yes, it's red meat, and no, I don't eat it often. I stick to white, but red meat is good for my HDL, and I have to boost that up. I didn't eat any breads, even though broccoli does have carbs in it, and I stuck to water.
I even skipped dessert and appetizers.
7/23 186.2 I denied myself pizza and instead made a quesadilla. Yes, it was still carbs AND bread, but since it's a tortilla, it was less.I even made a low carb dessert, and it was awesome! First time in a month and a half that I allowed myself something sweet, but I did it the right way.
7/24 186 ✔ I was really hungry yesterday, and I felt that way pretty much the entire day. It was so hard not to go and scrounge around in the fridge for more and more food or even to have a late night snack. I hope this weight holds. It was my goal for this challenge, and I'm now back to my premarital weight.
7/25 185.8 I started the 7-day walking plan yesterday, and I increased my steps by 500 from the goal Samsung Health had set for me. My legs are killing me today! I surpassed by goal by 1,500 steps. I'm usually out biking, but I wanted to shake it up. My body was getting adjusted to it, and when that happens, it's hard to keep losing (from what I read). So, here I am...trying something new for the week.
7/26 185.4 I put in my full 40 minutes for my walking plan yesterday, drank 48 oz. of water, and put in an extra 2500 steps to boot.I also tried out a quick and easy new recipe called "nice" cream on my kids to see if they enjoyed the ice cream that was on so good for your body instead of your booty. It was a hit!

I'm back for another round. It's so nice to come here and share success and frustration. I appreciate all of you and this journey we're on.

Finished round 10 on 7/21 at 144.6
Planning to lose 1.5 next 10 days. I'm adjusting my goal for the next 10 days. Figuring my age, metabolism, etc, losing 1.5# in 10 days means a daily calorie deficit of 500 calories which equals 1# a week.

7/25 144.2 Well, darn. Up. Was hoping to be in the 143's. Well, I'm better, not over it yet, but should be ellipting today. That will help. Plus, I return to eating sensibly. Been a week since the gym. Depressing. I have to get myself there even if it is in the evening.
7/26 145 Half way thru and higher. Comfort ate yesterday. Today clean eating and hopefully some exercise for the first time in days. Hopefully. What goes on must come off. Right?

7/23 134.6 too much processed food today.. and no exercising, tho my toddler is sick so cuddles with her are more important today.
7/24 133.8 Nice! Went over my calories with dinner yesterday, got in a late walk to just get me under for the day. Happy to see a loss! Toddler still sick
7/25 134.4 Not sure why I have a gain today, maybe too high of sodium yesterday.. under calories yesterday and exercised. I do have a cold now, courtesy of my daughter, so I’ll blame it on that. Hope today goes better and I feel better!
7/26 135.2 Ok what the hell is going on?! Does being sick make you hold onto water or does taking Tylenol/Ibuprofen? I've been under calories both days and exercised and still gaining. Getting very frusterated. And I still feel like crap3 -

Not sure about retaining water from a cold but I do know that Tylenol constipates you. You are not really that much over your start weight either, just a half pound and that could be 8 ounces of water. Don't get discouraged if you are eating properly you are in control. It will come off.7 -

This is my second round and I’m so excited to start. I lost 3.2 pounds in round 10. I’m going to try for 3 pounds again. I am a serial weigher, so this helps me see the overall picture.

7/22: 200. What the what? Not sure how this happened (I was 201.4) yesterday. Let’s expect some to come back tomorrow. LOL
7/23: 199.6 – Woo! I’m so happy to see this. #1 I had a pretty huge loss yesterday (1.4) so expected some to fluctuate back up and #2 I traveled six hours in the car plus trying to stick to diet plan on the fly. And I also indulged in some burger/fries for lunch. Went a tad over on cals. I guess all this measuring and tracking and will power is paying off!
7/24: 200.6 – And there it is. I’ve been expecting this. At least I can say it’s not because I “cheated” or “fell off the wagon”. I’m sticking to it and will keep sticking to it. Still a net loss!
7/25: 200.4 – Meh.
7/26: 200.2 – slow and steady wins the race. Company meeting today with pizza, which I plan to forgo and eat my usual turkey sandwich with fruit and yogurt.

7/25 182.6. What? lol. I stayed within calories and worked out yesterday, so I guess I'm just holding on to some water. Some extra carbs too. Drinking lots of water today. Planning to lift weights tonight so I'll probably be holding on to more water tomorrow.

GW 150 - will reassess when I get there but at this point I think I'll maintain there for a while and work on my fitness progress.
7/21 - 156.4 - coming in from round 10
I would like to get below 155 in Round 11. I should be starting to slow things down as I get closer to my target. Daily weigh ins will definitely help to keep me in check and not stress the minor ups and downs as I get closer to where I plan to maintain for a while.

7/23 - 156.0 - tough work out yesterday, muscles are recuperating.
7/24 - 156.4 - ate at a deficit all weekend...worked out hard. Sore shoulder this morning and my rings are crazy tight so I'm water puffy. Re-hydrate and get those muscles repaired so I can see my progress on the scale.
7/25 - 156.0 - a little less water puffy this morning...I'm fully booked with a freelance client this week so fitting in work outs is going to be tough...double booked yesterday so got nothing in, not even a walk with the dogThis week is going to be all about the calories I think...
7/26 - 154.8 - YES!! under 155!!!...not sure if this is from changing my scale batteries or the water I seemed to be releasing every half hour needing to pee yesterday. I'm definitely feeling less bloaty today. My calorie intake has been on point over the last week so I've earned it regardless!!
