In 2012 I was doing these challenges and it helped me get down to where I wish I were now. I've tried getting back on MFP a few times over the last couple of years but it never seems to last more than two days. I'm thinking getting back into the challenges will help. It's just 31 days and five pounds - how hard can it be, right? (Just kidding, but I will do my best.)
