I realized today that I am probably not going to hit 60 minutes on my first challenge but I'm going to keep pushing ahead anyway. Rest day was important and I seriously considered not doing the planks this morning but dammit I am tired of starting over again on everything.

question: are forearm planks generally harder for everyone? They totally wipe me out. I finally hit one of my mini goals doing the high plank, but a minute at forearm feels like its never going to happen.
