So My calorie goals are between 1800-2200. Any other females have these goals? I feel like I'm surrounded by either people who don't eat enough, or I just have a faster metabolism. I see men eating less than I do!

Depends on how much you exercise, if you exercise a lot then that caloric intake is fine but I wouldn't go any higher than that, for better fat loss I would be between 1700 and 2000 if you exercise every day but if you don't exercise much (500cals or less 3 times per week) then you can go as low as 1200 for a woman. Calculate it here (http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm)

    There's always one...

Yeah, I'm positive the OP was NOT asking for advice on her calorie goals. :smokin:

I consume around 1600 calories, sometimes more. I don't buy into the petite (I'm 4'11") post menopausal women (I'm 60) should restrict themselves to 1200 cals. I also cycle 20- 30 miles daily.

I set my goal at 1700, but I eat anywhere between 1200 & 2000 calories a day, depending on hunger. My appetite doesn't follow the same 24 hour schedule as I do. I seem to have 2 low cal days, 3 reg cal days and 2 high cal days in any given 7 day period. Ive decided to listen to my body and not sweat the numbers. As long as I'm eating because of hunger and not emotional reasons, It all balances out pretty well in the end.
I completely agree with you on this. My cal ranges from 1300 to 2100. It balances out. There are days where I couldn't eat 2100 if I tried and there are some , usually intense workout days where the hunger increases a lot. I just follow it and try not to fight the inclination.

I eat anywhere between 1800 and 2300 per day gross. I try to stay closer to 2100. My TDEE is 2800 so I really need to be around 2300, working to get there since I workout 6 days a week and work at a barn 7 days a week. I'm still consistently losing between 1-2 pounds/week.

5'3 48 yrs old-While losing I ate 1600 non ex days and 1900+ work out days. Been at goal weight 115 for 2 years, eat 1900-2000 daily w/out ex and 2200+ w/ex .Also while losing and Now, every Sunday is open cals for me, I eat whatever by the truckload;-) and wash it down with a beer;-) For me it keeps it all in balance-80-20!

I do cardio 2x a week(not a fan) I try to walk or bike, garden-things I enjoy. I lift heavy weights 2x week and 1 time body weight exercise.
I could never eat low cals- I love food! It saddens me when people feel the need to starve-

    Edited for odd spelling~
