Tonight I'll be having baked chicken schnitzel (coated in Parmesan) with cucumber and tomato salad.

can I come for the schnitzel? :)

    Of course!

I might be a bit far, though!

foiled by distance once again...I really need one of those gate things from harry potter that will let me travel places...

Chicken sausage, green beans, radishes and tomatoes, sautéed with a little creamy tomato sauce and a side of hasselback zucchini with turkey bacon and grated Parmesan cheese - about 400 calories.

I am making this salmon and beet salad, but will also be adding goat cheese. Kind of excited.

@sofchak you've just changed my life. Why had I never thought of doing a zucchini hasselback style? I'm making this tonight! Thank you

Pretty boring here. I had a roast chicken breast (skin on), baked potato with cheese and runner beans.

Tandoori style king prawns, wild and long grain rice, a duck egg and broccoli, zucchini and carrots. Followed by a large pear and a cherry Greek style yoghurt.

Pears sound really good right now. -adds to grocery list-

I had half a pot of ready-made tomato and lentil soup, which I bulked up with peas and potatoes, accompanied by tomato and cucumber salad, with red pepper houmous dip. And then I had a ginger biscuit to finish it off.

Hasselback zucchini?! You just changed my life!

Tonight it's a BBQ chicken drumstick (skin removed because I don't like it), and grilled veggie kabobs (zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms). Plus a glass of wine (okay, I admit it, two glasses!). Plus a 100-cal dark chocolate bar for dessert. Should be about 600 cals for all of that.

I made cod the other night and it was awful, I threw it out. How do you make yours?
