But sadly/fortunately, the nearest KK is like over 2 hours away...
UNfortunately it's only 2 minutes away from me right this moment.
Maybe you could pack some in dry ice and FedEx to me?? (sending credit card info now...)
Sweet! Don't pay attention to that shopping spree I went on.0 -

Dang it, now I want a donut. I discovered that there's a Krispy Kreme near me and their light is ALWAYS on. These beasts below are what have been calling out to me.
I know that's an ad for donuts but the background reminded me of french toast sticks and those sound even better right now.
Fuuuukkkkkk now I want French Toast, too!patrick_star_trek wrote: »

Airing my grievances with people who are too lazy to pick up their dog crap, I saw some poor running guy full on slip in some and start screaming at the bottom of his shoe, I almost died laughing.6

I am patting myself on the back for getting in and out of Walmart in less than 15 minutes and only buying the things I went in for. This has to be some sort of record
I'm patting myself on the back for getting in and out of Walmart without committing murder. This has to be some sort of record.4 -

I wish I could have witnessed this. I think it would have made my week.
I'll find some other way to make your week.0 -

I don't know exactly what category this falls under... kudos to me, maybe?
I have been in a huge self-loathing funk the past several months for various issues... my age, my appearance, my weight, etc. Yes, I'm seeing a therapist... and yes, she finally said something that really resonated with me and made me feel good.
I've been experimenting with different things like pole dancing lessons, trying new workouts, makeovers, trying new styles of clothing and I lamented the fact that confident women in their 20s and 30s don't have to do this stuff to feel good. My therapist said "a lot of those women aren't refraining from doing these things because they're confident... it's because they are too chicken-*kitten* to give it a try. You are acknowledging that you want to explore who you are and make changes and you're not afraid to try new things that take some courage!" She then reminded me that I have been bellydancing for 7 years and perform in public in front of strangers... in revealing costumes... and not many women have the courage to do that, regardless of how beautiful they are.
This made me realize that I DO have confidence, whether I am allowing myself to recognize that or not. I have been too damn hard on myself lately, and it has to stop now. I refuse to refer to myself as fat or ugly any longer. It ends today. I am going to stop saying things to myself that I would never dream of saying to other people. The only person who can make changes in my life and self-perception is ME. I cannot rely on others to make me feel good.
I feel so empowered right now that I'm just about to explode. I wanted to share this with everyone in hopes that it resonates with at least one other person who has low self-esteem too.10 -

Is the left one more or less important than the right one?
