I'm gonna go against the grain here. I think you may be underestimating your intake and overestimating your exercise and I think you have gained some weight. Certainly not 2 1/2 pounds because I don't think you have over eaten by 9000 calories. But a combination of over exertion causing water retention and miscalculation of calories in versus calories out equals what you have. Just a thought, I certainly don't know, just speculating.0
