the 90-day report says I was just over 180 lb 90 days ago, and I was close to 170 today, so it's about 10 lb.

Started at the beginning of June and As of yesterday I'm down 18lbs.

The last 3 months resulted in 3.5 kilos lost (almost 8 pounds), but it was expected because I wasn't in the mood to cut my calories too strictly and I'm not in a hurry.

Same here though it took me 90 days exactly of straight logging to get to 34lbs lost!

Sorry I meant to put the first 3 months, but congrats on the lost! Any pounds lost in 3 months is better than none or gaining.

This is good stuff! Great job to everyone who is doing it! I started July 13 and have lost 19 lbs so far...looking to lose somewhere around 80-100 so i'm about 20-25% of the way there i guess...

I started weighing daily on June 12, so it's almost been 3 months, and I'm down 15.2lb. Hopefully I'll be down 16lb once I hit that 3 month mark.

Last 2 months I'm down 22lbs. Another 23 to go before I can start a bulk phase. Being 41 I thought it would be harder to lose weight. Not true at all. Just make it happen
