    8/31 - 132.1 I am the epitome of a yoyo for the last 2 months. I have to believe that if I want the loss bad enough, I will do the right thing. Obviously, I am not going to reach 130# this month. I leave tomorrow and return home to my regular scale. I will be interested to see what it reads :/ But it's not just about the numbers!
    9/01 - 131.7 on the road today and no scale tomorrow
    9/02 - no scale. I will be home in 4 hours and back to my comfort zone for habits (exercise and eating). Looking for that 130# and then my ultimate goal to get below that!
    9/03 - 130.8 back to my scale at home.
    9/04 - 130 At the gym. Back to my routine. Things are looking up.
    9/05 - 130 staying steady. But have not been logging. A little afraid what tomorrow will bring. But hoping my workout mode will help me and tomorrow I will log!
    9/06 - 131.6 no surprise here. The stress of Hurricane Irma and living in So. Fl is not helping. along w/not logging. I am trying to refocus and stay on track. Was at the gym this morning. Eating has been fair, but I will log!
    9/07 - 131.6 Hopefully will get better...
    9/08 - 130.8 I am good with that for this round.Finally below the 131 mark at the end of a round. Bring on round 16.
    9/09 - 131.8 annoyed. Homemade pizza last night. But not happy I am not < 131!

    I missed that there was one more day oops! Hope I can hold onto being below 131# for round 16. I will fix that final # tomorrow

    9/01 206.6 - expected this, I didn't walk much.
    9/02 205.8 - happy with this, but I know my body will bounce up and down a pound for a few days before it lets the lesser pound stay lol
    9/03 204.8 - Surprised!
    9/04 206.0 - Not surprised LOL. I'm swollen like a puffer fish! Need to up my water intake and watch my sodium.
    9/05 206.4 - Going to down lots of water today. Still pretty swollen
    9/06 203.8 - Shew!!! I know this will go back up tomorrow and even out, but all that water did me good!
    9/07 203.4 - Totally Surprised!!! Not my normal pattern, maybe it's the luck of this group! I'll take it! :smile:
    9/08 203.0 - Lots of water and walking :smile: - My goal weight was 204, stoked that I passed it!
    9/09 203.4 - happy with this finish!

    Anyone else just have a really hard time this round?? I ended higher than I started :-(
