    Goal weight for R15 - 173 and don't bounce back up!!!

    I've been losing and gaining the same 3 lbs since March. 173 is my lowest, I just so want to see the 6's again.

    Trying again. I love the accountability, I'm just not following through. Losing focus with life, kids etc...
    I need some determination!!!

    @SheilaBoneham Embrace that extra weight in the backpack! I have "flat back syndrome" and discovered quite by accident that if I have a backpack with about 15# in it, I can walk a 5K pain free as opposed to walking from the car into Walmart in pain without it!

    @wannabesmaller2017 do you sew, knit, or crochet? You can't eat when your hands are busy and you could surprise your husband with a beautiful afghan or quilt or a new garment for yourself!

    @farmgirlco I would say that your mom is (subconsciously) a food pusher. My late MIL was like this. Ask her to please SUPPORT your efforts to become healthier by not keeping tempting goodies around. Really, who NEEDS that stuff??

    @dlhollin1 Carbs are my enemy, too! I have eliminated all grains from my diet and am finally losing, albeit slowly. Decades of being a yo-yo have screwed up my metabolism! We can do this!
