This will be my first round.

Lost 30lbs with no weight loss (stalled) for 4 weeks..

9/10= 237.6 Wow..I haven't lost any weight in a month. I've been bouncing up and down with the same dang 2lbs. It was driving me crazy. You guys are my lucky charm! Thank you!
9/11= Well back to that same old ugly #238.6. I swear my scale must be broken to stay that # for 4 weeks. I know I lost 1# yesterday but here it is again!! Wth!! Oh.. I'm not giving up yet! Stupid scale!! You are just not my friend sometimes
9/12=238.6 OMG..Really? Really? At least I know how to maintain?? grrrr!! Don't want to maintain..I want to get way past this number. I think I'm going to try Intermittent Fasting. See if that will work on getting me past this number...finally. I will start tomorrow since I've already had my Keto Coffee. Yummers!!
9/13= 237.0 OH YEAH!! Haven't started I.F yet. But I did eat a lot more protein yesterday but net carbs was only 3. Hhmm?? Maybe I need more protein and even less carbs. I will do the same today and see if I lose again. Interesting!! I will soon have no more diabetes. I quit taking my metformin 2 weeks after I started Keto when I knew this would be my new life style. Keto has dropped my A1C from 6.9 to 6.4 in 3 months. No meds and only Keto. Keep your chins up and your body and mind happy!!
9/14= 236.3 Yep..increase my protein again and another loss. I guess you just need to play around with your macros to figure out what your numbers really are. Not everyone is going to be the exact. Happy Girl!
9/15= 236.3 OK with the that! Ate dinner late and up early.
9/16= 236.3 Ate way over my calories yesterday and Went to bed around 2am this morning then up at 6:30am. So.. yea!! No gain!

9/18= 235.8 Yes. Slowly but surely. Lost almost 2lbs in 8 days. I guess that's not too slow Even had a Chocolate Cheesecake Low Carb Mug Cake with my own whipped topping. It was delicious!! Pinterest has so many Low Carb/Keto recipes. I love making something new every few days.
WAIT..THAT'S ALMOST 3 LBS 9 DAYS. Not 2 lbs in 8days. You guys are my LUCKY CHARMS!! Thank you Friends:)
9/19= 234.0 Wait What? For real? So happy and shocked! I was so busy yesterday worked 12 hrs but ate really good even had a diet Mt. Dew...my Fav!! This has been a great experience with you all. So glad I decided to join. See you in my R2 in the R17 Group!! Thank you friends!! xoxox

Back again!I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. Ended Round 15 at 142. I'm at roughly .5 a week loss. For this round I'd like to hit the 140's and stay in the 40's.

9/10 141.4 Yeah! Lots of walking at fest. 2year old's will do help with that. Brought my own food and left in cooler. Went to parking lot to eat it. So not elegant, but so healthy. Here's to another round of healthy choices by all.
9/11 142.2 That's the way this cookie rolls. Cooked a turkey and ate more than usual and no exercise. Goal for today is exercise - it;s been over a week - and fiber!!! Salad!
9/12 141.4 Yeah! Made it to gym yesterday and pushed protein and fiber and water. Goals for today: elliptical at least 30m, 80 oz water min, and stay within carb limits.
9/13 142.4 The number is up but surprisingly little since I had appetizers and drinks out. It's water weight. Made it to aqua arthritis yesterday. Goals for today: either gym (if son home to watch grandson early enough)or else ellip or maybe even both!!! Stick to veggies and lean protein today and at least 80 oz of water. Happy hump day.
9/14 142.2 Expected better. Did gym yesterday and way below on cals and carbs. Must be water from the workout. Going out for a friend's bday dinner tonight. Already checked the restaurant's online menu and have my meal picked out to stay within goals. Hopefully.
9/15 142 I'll take it! Happy to not be up after drinks and dinner last night. Saved the majority of cals and carbs for the dinner out. I usually divide them up pretty evenly during the day so I'm not eating so much late and boy did I feel it; very stuffed. Today, gym and pool. No exercise yesterday as I did householdy things like defrost freezer and freeze veggies.
9/16 141.2 Hello "1", nice to see you again. Yesterday gym and pool and below on carbs and cals. Today, I'm having lunch out - this will be the 3rd time eating out this week and I don't normally do that- so I am thrilled by this number. Again, I am checking out restaurant's menu online and deciding what will work best before going. Then I have to babysit for a family so no exercise today.
9/17 141.6 No problem. So happy despite eating restaurant food 2x yesterday and drinks. I've proven to myself I can eat out and not completely blow it. I'm in '1's' and at goal for this round. I think I'll make a crustless quiche. I love them: tasty and so filling and low on cals and carbs. Happy Sunday, ya'll.
9/18 141.6 OK! Was expecting worse as I indulged in quite a bit of wine last night. Today, elliptical. Still at goal for this round. Where is the whoosh? I stay at or slightly under 1200 cals and MFP last night said if I ate the same as yesterday I'd be at 139.2 in 5 weeks! WTH? That's only a 2 # loss over 5 weeks saying 500 cals below maintenance! How do they figure that?
9/19 141 !!!!!! Yeah! My goal for this round was to be in 141's or below. Did aqua arthritis yesterday and going back for more today. At 71 it appears I need to keep goosing the metabolism to lose weight. Feeling very happy about this round. Now, on to the next. See ya'll in 17.

9/10 - 185.8 - not good!! Tomorrow will probably be worse or about the same. I ate like crap today and didn't drink enough water. I always relax too much when I see a lower weight on the scale. Oh well.. it's a process!
9/11 - 187 - I was expecting this. I feel bloated and dehydrated. I ate a lot of sugar and carbs yesterday. Back on track today so this water weight should come off quickly...i hope!
9/12 - 184.6 - That's much better. I can't believe how sensitive my body is to high sugar/sodium and not drinking enough water. On Sunday I still drank probably 70oz of water but not enough to keep the bloat at bay. I usually drink 3-4 32oz bottles of water.
9/13 - 184.4 - Slow and steady I guess. It will be interesting to see how tomorrow looks. I didn't drink nearly enough water because I worked all day and forgot more water from home (i hate city water!).
9/14 - 183.4 - Yay!! Finally below my R15 ending weight!
9/15 - 182.6 - Well, look at that! Woohoo! I'm so happy to see this number...way better than the 187 I saw on Monday!
9/16 - 183.2 - whomp whomp whooommpp....so far today is not looking great but I'm going to eat better and drink more water!
9/17 - 185.6 - Well, hello brownie sundae and cheeseburger. Lol! I wasn't even going to step on the scale today! I'm pretty sure this number just wanted to come back and visit one last time. Last round I think 4 or 5 of 10 days was 185.6. Today = more water, less JUNK!
9/18 - 184.4 - Better, but I didn't eat very good today so I'm thinking the scale with reflect that in the morning
9/19 - 184 - I'm surprised! And it's almost TOM so that would explain my carb-cravings and maybe I'm retaining water and masking my loss. I hope!

9/10: 223.4 .......Went to an ice cream social last night at church. Had more ice cream than people; now I have 1 1/2 half gallons of ice cream in my freezer!
9/11: 223.8 ........... Brought my grandson a Lil Caesar's pizza yesterday, but when I got
home, his mother had picked him up, so the 1 slice I had eaten turned into 3! I mean, somebody's got to eat it, right! Oh, did I mention the ice cream? Well, there's only one half gallon left now! The Wellness Ctr. wasn't open this morning because of Irma, so I didn't get my workout! What can I say? That's life; and life goes on! Tomorrow the pizza will be gone, cookies & cream is not my favorite ice cream, the center will be open again, and things will be back to normal! Look out 220, here I come! LET'S MAKE SEPTEMBER A MONTH TO REMEMBER!!!

I have two funerals this weekend - one Saturday and one Sunday, and both of them are close kin! That means food, food, and more FOOD! The five hour drive alone will make me hold fluid! Well, what can I say? I SURE HOPE THEY HAVE SALAD (AND I DON'T MEAN POTATO)!!!
9/16: 221.8.....Weighed at 2:30 this a.m. before we got on the road. Stopped at Cystal's got grits and eggs with a pat of butter. Nothing else until after the funeral at the repast; fried chicken breast, yellow rice, mac and cheese, green beans, and a roll. Only ate half the chicken! Nothing else Saturday! Didn't get all my water. Was sooo tired; rooms we were non existent! Usually stay with my cousin, but she had no lights and was staying with her other daughter. God blessed us to find a very nice room at the Microtel; still praising Him for it! Slept 12 hrs. straight!
9/17: No Scale........ Ate at Checker's about noon. Ordered their smallest burger then took the bottom bun off; also had a small fry! Ate a protein bar. At the repast only ate green beans, a little mac n cheese, and a slice of lemon pound cake. Had a piece of baked chicken, but it was overcooked-couldn't eat it! Small coffee w half n half on the way home. Not much water, but doing good otherwise! THEN...the other shoe dropped ! Stopped by my granddaughter's on the way home; she cooked pot roast w veggies, rice, greens, creamed corn, mac n cheese, coconut pie, and pecan pie! She had us two H-U-G-H plates waiting ! My husband did great and put his in the fridge, but not me! I ate some of all of it at 1o'clock in the morning, and it was delicious!! Since it was 1a.m., it goes on today's (9/18) log in! I only have 457 calories left
9/18: 224.4......Didn't got to the ctr. today; too tired! Only have a few calories left for today, but the battle is not over by a long shot!
9/19: 222.8 ......I'll take this because it could have been worse! Shaking the dust off my feet for round 16; it's on to the next round! Round 17 here I come!!11 -

9/11 - 227 - Using industrial skid scale at work until I find mine Only when no one is looking of course. Also started my first day of couch to 5k this am - Feeling awesome!
9/12 - 231 - I'm appalled with the scale. I got on twice just to make sure I was not crazy! Huge let down after a great second day of C25K. So frustrated right now.
9/13 - 231 - Whatever.
9/14 - 227 - Feeling relieved to see this - I was seriously nervous this morning. Tomorrow my new running shoes arrive and I'm looking forward to getting out of these numbers for good! Didn't have time for C25K this am so alternated between running 1-3 minutes and walking for 1 for a total of 20 minutes. Not what I wanted but at least I did something! Officially under my starting weight for this round!
9/15 - 227 - Wish the number had moved down but I will take it. Picking up shoes today!

9/17 - 224.4 - Found a scale at my moms!
9/18 - 220.4 - Found my scale! HUGE difference between the industrial scale at work and my personal one. 7 pound difference since Friday! Best weekend ever! I would really like the get under the 220 mark for the last day tomorrow...big decisions today will make or break that wish. Keep it together woman! Just give me 24 hours!
9/19 - 220.5 - Argh! So close! That is okay, as this whole round for me was crazy, inaccurate and all over the place.

9/16 - 168.2. Looong day at work today, with a giant snack table. Hope I can avoid grazing on too much.
9/17 - 168. Mostly water but Yay! Woke up with a cold, blech. Oh well, I was half expecting it - bought a house and moved 2 weeks ago, then my parents evacuated from Florida. Now that I'm relaxing and less stressed, time to get sick.

9/12 - 133 so I am a bit off since Hurricane Irma. Living in So. Fl most of the year, I have been a little preoccupied - cooped up in the house with nothing to do, but cook, eat and watch a hurricane. I finally got to the gym today, but did not log. Hopefully tomorrow I will be back on track and back on goal. We are all fine and if the worst thing that happened to me was gaining a little weight, a few lost screens and trees, I'll take it! On ward and upward (or downward preferably)

8/27 147.6 ~ (Steps 18,495 Miles 7.36) ~ Today's my sons birthday......Yesterday I was able to get a nice morning walk in plus hit the gym in the evening since it was too hot outside. I had to push myself to hit the gym, it did pay off in the scale, yay! Another pound off, I'm trying to lose the 5 pounds I gained from vacation,
8/28 148.8 ~ Yesterday, since I didn't get ANY exercise in plus my sodium was high, I have a gain. I didn't over eat though so my gain is only a pound. Yesterday's, was a success in my books!
8/29 148.3 ~ (Steps18,169) Miles 7 ~ I was hungry the whole day but was able to stick to my dairy, keeping my sodium low. I decided to try getting a workout before getting breakfast. Last night I had to alter my menu since my husband got off late from work. On the plus side a couple workouts during the day helped.
8/30 147.9 ~ (Steps 19,101 Miles 7.7) ~ Yesterday went well with goals, I was able to get a couple workouts at the gym. I switching up though, having my protein drink after my first workout. I need to focus on more fruits for snacks, after vacation, I'm having trouble incorporating them into my diet.
Not at my goal for this round but I'm ready for the next round!

8/31 146.4 ~ (Steps 28,910 Miles 7.75) ~ Yesterday I was able to get a couple workouts in plus a morning run.... My vacation weight is starting to drop off, only a couple more pounds..... Consistency to no late night snacking is the key
9/01 147.9 ~ (Steps 20,039 Miles 8 miles) ~ I don't understand the gain, I was able to get a nice workout last night plus my sodium wasn't to high. I also ate under my calories allowed so I'm really disappointed with the gain. I did have some watermelon last night but that shouldn't matter.
9/02 148 ~ (Steps 15,232 Miles 6) ~ We went to the Spring fair so my diet wasn't like it usually is, I was able to stay under my calorie goal, making smart choice. I also got a workout after the fair.
9/03 148.5....147.9 ~ (Steps 17,547 Miles 7) ~ Again with the gain, doing everything right, I log everything, stay within my goal, sodium is low, get my water in. I'm going to try dropping my intake to see how that works!
9/04 148 ~ (Steps 15,435 Miles 6) ~ We ended up going to dinner last night but I was able to make healthy choices, in fact taking half home for breakfast today, with such large portions

The bounce back up. I am learning my body will bounce around for several days and then drop again. Goals met. Tried out a 15-minute exercise video on YouTube. I will add it to my routine on my non-gym days for this round.

Goals met. I had a really good day at the gym. I pushed myself harder during cardio and I lifted more weight in my strength training circuit.

Today is 2 months since I started logging my calories and making changes in relation to food and exercise. This isn’t the first time, but this time is permanent. I made these changes not because I knew I should, for someone else, etc. Not that any of those reasons are bad; they just weren’t good enough for me to make permanent changes. I made them because I no longer wanted to mistreat my body; I had a reality check of how my life would be if I continued. I went to the gym on my non-gym day. I didn’t push myself and just stretched everything out to help some of the soreness. I met all my goals except taking my vitamins. Oops.

I expected this for two reasons: 1) It was the second woosh in less than a week and 2) I am having some soreness. I am super happy with this number. Goals met. It was a good day at the gym. I had so much going on I thought about skipping and going tomorrow, but then I realized I just needed to go.

Didn’t sleep well; a lot of leg soreness and tightness. Unable to go to the gym today but will stay active and get in a workout at home. Spent the day out with family doing shopping and other things. We went to our favorite Mexican restaurant and I am proud that I didn’t overeat and stayed with calorie goal for the day. Did 25 minutes of exercise/ strength training even though I didn’t make it to the gym. Calling it goals met.

Ugh. I know fluctuations are normal, but I was hoping to see it come down. Still enough leg soreness and tightness that it disturbed my sleep several times last night. Hopefully, tomorrow will bring a downswing on the scale. I took it easy to allow my bicep femoris to heal. Hoping it will be pain free in a few days so I can get back to lower body workouts.

Woke up to a call about needing to go the ER. Spent most of the day there with my Grandpa. Thankfully is back home and on medicines to take care of his gastro issues.

9/19: 200 -- less than 50 calories over, worked out. Even though I met my goal, the last 10 days have been incredibly frustrating and I'm feeling down about my weight loss overall. Need to push through.

9/10 - 228.4 - I'm not at all surprised by this. We at at diners twice yesterday and I didn't even attempt to be healthy about it. I'm sure this is a combo of sodium bloat and not getting enough sleep lately. Hopefully back down tomorrow after lots of water today.
9/11 - 227.0 - heading back down. Should settle out in another day or so now that I'm back in my routine.
9/12 - 225.8 - alright! sodium bloat be gone! Almost back at my starting weight for this round. I think things should be smoother this week (no more 19 hour work days - I hope)
9/13 - 225.0 - new low! Things are back on track, but I'm not sure if I'll make my goal for the round. I'm OK with it if I don't, though. Just happy about progress.
9/14 - 225.0 - I'm always OK with holding steady. Pizza for dinner last night might be messing with this a little. We'll see what the morning looks like.

9/11 - 163.3 Well SO has arrived we spent the whole weekend siting and have dinners and luncheons etc. Which I knew was coming. I didn't eat 15,750 extra calories in 2 days so I'm ok with these numbers. Today is another get together and then he's gone again on Wednesday and hopefully I can get back on full track. Only thing I'm kind of disappointed about is I didn't hit my step goals (too much time in the car) What I have learned is enjoy these days celebrate within reason and then get back to it. As long as I don't throw in the towel and give up I'll be fine.

9/15 - 163.8 .... 14,000+ steps, hit calorie goal and packed lunch for work today. It's pizza day at lunch today, I will either have a small veggie slice or skip altogether. Usually I have (1) small slice but I have been eating way above calorie goals so skipping may be the best option. It's funny how "free food" seems to pull you in. Cost you nothing dollar wise but you could pay for it in your hips!! Lets see how I do. The weekend is coming my goals are to either hit 40,000 steps in a day or challange myself to walk the hills in a very steep area of town or find something else challenging (like get on my 5K). Everyone is away for the next 2 weeks so I can't hike

9/10--226.6 This is a normal fluctuation. I know that I did not drink a lot of water yesterday, I find it is difficult on the weekends. However, yesterday I successfully ate at my calorie level, which I find is a challenge on the weekends, and I stretched. Today I'm going out for lunch, so the weight will probably be up tomorrow from the additional sodium.
9/11--227.9 There it is. The additional sodium from lunch yesterday plus a lack of hydration results in the gain. No worries, will just wait for it to go. I did get my stretching in yesterday, so that is a plus.
9/12--227.2 Ugh, forgot to stretch yesterday. Sill working on making it a habit.
9/13--226.4 Stretched yesterday. My NSV yesterday was that I was feeling bored at about 7:30 last night and felt like eating even though I wasn't hungry, so I went for a run instead...I haven't run in over 7 months.
9/14--225.9 Back to where I started. I have really tightened up my food weighing/tracking the last few days and it shows. Stretched yesterday.
9/15--225.3 I didn't think I was going to go down on the scale today because I had trouble sleeping last night and I thought it would affect my weigh in, but I'll take it. Forgot to stretch yesterday--still working on making it a habit.
9/16--225.7 I will take it--ate about 700 calories over my calorie amounts. I think some of it has to do with the fact that I was tired, but it could have been a lot worse. Main goal for today is to keep hydrated. Forgot to stretch.
9/17--225.5 Yesterday was a NSV for me. I preplanned my meals, but of course things happen and after eating a dessert at lunch that I hadn't planned for, I was going to be 400 calories over my daily calorie goal so I had to rework my dinner meal. Well, my husband made dinner, but I exchanged some items for lower calorie foods and took the dog out for a 3rd walk of the day and I was able to come in only 15 calories over my daily goal. It would have been easy for me to just go ahead with what I had originally planned for dinner, but I made the decision and took the time to rework the number of calories for my dinner. It wasn't easy, but I felt so better after making the decision. Stretched yesterday!
9/18--225.3 Back to my low weight for this round. Went to my in-laws for lunch and made healthy choices, made sure I still kept hydrated, and I was still able to have birthday cake. This past weekend was probably the first weekend in a long time where I drank enough water. Forgot to stretch.
9/19--225.3 A new low. Down 0.6 for this round. I weightlifted yesterday, so I was actually expecting some water retention. Stretched yesterday.
Successes for this round: I increased my amount stretching from the previous round and I made a lot more healthy choices than I have in the past. On to the next round!8 -

Helllllooooo! I'm in again! I think I started joining this challenge in round 2 or 3? Weighing and logging daily has definitely been a huge motivator for me...along with this group as we do this together!!

GW - Was originally 150 but now that I expect to get there pretty soon I'm thinking I'd like to make that the top of my maintenance range...so now I'm going to shoot for 145...but get there slowly so by the time I'm there I've got a really good idea of what calorie and activity level I need to maintain to stay in that general vicinity.
9/09 - 150.4 - coming in from round 15...goal for round 16 is to break 150 and have the BMI number on my tracker not be in the "overweight" range for the first time in probably 11 years.

Consume fewer calories than you spend and it will come off. On another note....hubby's flight was delayed yesterday so the Lobster feast is tonight...and I'm going to relish in every butter drenched bite!!!

Last week I didn't get my usual exercise due to smoke/hazardous air quality from forest fires. My calories averaged 1830 and weight stayed steady, so this round I'm going to keep my calories at that level but get back to my usual walking 60-120 min/day and see what happens. I find these daily check ins inspiring and motivational, so thanks!

Getting my daily walks and sticking to my calories goal (~1850). I've also changed my macro goals a bit this time around to 25-30% protein, 30-35% fat (heavy on healthy fats), and 35-40% carbs (mostly non-starchy veggies, fruits, and a teeny bit of whole grain and/or legumes and/or nuts and seeds). Increasing the fat and reducing the carbs slightly makes me less hungry - yay! I do indulge in either a little good chocolate or some licorice - no more that 100 calories, to be eaten slowly and savored! Because all things in moderation, including moderation. :-)

I had an extra 200 calories yesterday, but all good, healthy ones, and they don't seem to have hurt me so far. It's a gorgeous day here, so I plan to backpack my laptop to Starbucks (30 minutes), work a couple of hours, and backpack home. I've been trying to walk anywhere I need to go within 2 miles (unless I'll have stuff to carry!). I'm a writer and often write in coffee shops, and luckily there are several within 1-2 miles. I just wish my laptop were a bit lighter! But I remind myself that the extra weight = more calories burned. :-)

Ah, the time lag. Yesterday I ate 1850 and walked 90 minutes, so this small uptick is from Thurs. I think water is also a factor, since I did have more sodium than usual. I won't be walking today (the smoke is back), but I have today's food all planned. I sometimes consider cutting back on calories, but I don't want to mess up my metabolism again, so I'm learning patience. I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Mexican yesterday, so I didn't expect to lose any. Smoke/air quality is "unhealthy" today, so no long walks again. We're supposed to get rain tonight or tomorrow, so hopefully it will help with the fires and the air quality. Happily, I just put a week's worth of my overnight breakfasts in the fridge - yum yum!

9/10: 175 lbs. I made worse food choices today than I have in over a month. I did log everything, at least, and stuck to no sugar.
9/11: 175 lbs. My day off, I lazed around. The day isn't over but so far I'm staying well within my calories and no sugar. Not enough protein, though.
9/12: 175.5 lbs, ugh, still paying for Sunday's cheese binge maybe. Well, I'm under my daily calories again today, no added sugar, no impulse eating. Been doing well on getting enough water. Haven't been eating after 8:00 pm.
9/13: 175 lbs. Staying in my calories, no added sugar, no impulse eating, plenty of water, decent amt of protein, it's early yet but no reason to eat after 8pm. Boring work day but decent diet day.
9/14: 173 lbs. I know it's a fluctuation, but I'll take it! I was stuck in a 175.5/175/175.5 loop for 10 days so I needed a win. I'm now officially 10+ lbs down from when I rejoined MFP this time.
9/15: 174 lbs. I knew yesterday wasn't for real, oh well. Stayed in calories, no added sugar, no impulse eating.
I'm a little concerned about tomorrow, I have a physical event at work and there will be lots of snacks. Bringing nuts and dried apricots for an energy boost so i can avoid the sugary granola bars. I might be very hungry if I stay in my calories for the day but it won't really be loggable exercise. (A lot of standing in the sun & carrying things around.)
9/16: 175 lbs. Nooooooo not again. I'm eating fewer than 1500 calories, not sure what's going on.Work event went fine, tired but I didn't need to snack.
Side note, It's been more than 6 weeks since I quit *almost* every form of added sugar or sugar substitute, and I've been patting myself on the back about not having sugar cravings. Then last night I had a detailed dream about eating a giant tray of cookies while drinking a sweet liqueur. So maybe I haven't quite beat my little sugar addiction yet.

Ate a little sugar for the first time in weeks, the BF took me to an Italian Food Festival and we shared pasta, a lemonade and a cannoli. Not at all a binge, hard to feel sorry but it remains to be seen if this affects my ability to keep sugar out of my daily life.

The app says I've averaged right around 1400 calories the last two weeks, but no loss. I am meticulous in weighing and logging. Maintenance for me should be around 1700 or more. Stay the course... Maybe I'll go down to 1300 calories.

9/10: 203.00- Oh yay, gained everything i lost last week in about 2 days lol!!This is water weight I'm sure. I had a lot of alcohol the past two days, didnt log, ate out dinner the past two days as well. I tried to keep it healthy but I know it was probably packed with Na+ and sugar. Also didnt drink half my normal amount of water. So heres to recovering from all the damage I did!

This seems to have been a sticky round for many of us. We need to follow @eyer0ll and PUSH THROUGH in the next round!
On a side note: on July 17, I started keto. I've lost about 12 pounds in that time with some fluctuations. The biggest change I have made is eliminating grain from my diet. My knees have quit hurting (they've hurt since I was 17, and I'm now 67,) my fingers no longer hurt when I hand sew or type. I wish I could convince my husband to do this, too. I think he would feel a lot better!5 -

@shoui16 This is exactly the reason I don't cut anything out of my diet, I am allowed what I want (as long as it fits my day) .. I also "bank" calories if I have a night out planned so that I can enjoy my night without much thought ..

I'm trying to avoid bread, pasta, and other processed carbs as much as possible, primarily because, I get hungry too soon if I consume them. I opted to eat more vegetables instead, but there are just times that it's difficult to ignore them. I think I already ate pasta twice since I joined this challenge in Round 15. Oh but I finally got t enjoy the croissant with some cream cheese, so I'm satisfied now.

9/19 - 187.8 -- Expecting this since I gave myself a break yesterday. But back on track for the rest of the day. I'm a little sad though 'cause I didn't hit my end goal for this round (186lbs), but tomorrow is a brand new day... I'm hyped for the next round!

9/10: 165.6 Ewwww. The 165s reared it's ugly head. I'm sure this has *nothing* at all to do with yesterday's Mexican food.
9/11: 165.6 Whew. Could have been worse. Planned to ride my bicycle to watch football but woke up too late. Ate too much. Drank too many calories. First day over 2000 calories in nearly two months, so it's OK.
9/12: 165.0 Alright self, three days of crap eating is enough. Get back to business!
9/13: 164.8 Creeping back down.
9/14: 163.2 Oh please, oh please 163s, stick around for my Friday team challenge weigh-ins!
9/15: 162.8 Thank you, Scale Fairy, for delivering this gift of a new low on team weigh-in day. Yay! Going to do the 162 dance all day today!
9/16: 162.4 Ggggooooaaaalllll! Apparently burned extra calories doing the "162 Dance" yesterday.
9/17: 162.6 Normal bump. If I make it over to watch football today, I fully expect (and deserve) a 1 lb+ water gain tomorrow. All is well.
9/18: 163.0 There's my sodium friends from yesterday! Plus my monthly friend decided to visit a few days early. TOM always brings some extra luggage. However, average over last 10 days is now under 164. Woohoo!
9/19: 162.6 Pretty good round. 1.4 pound loss and goal number came up during round. Round 17, here I come!
