End of Round 15: 143.3 (9/10/17- I quit weighing/logging toward the end of Round 15. I felt like I needed a break, and the break pushed my weight up so much. I'm sure I can get it back down (hopefully not actual fat gain in just a few days) with a lot of effort this round.)

Goal this round: Stick to logging and staying under 1300 cal. or 1650 with 30 min. elliptical all 10 days.

9/10: 203.00- Oh yay, gained everything i lost last week in about 2 days lol!!This is water weight I'm sure. I had a lot of alcohol the past two days, didnt log, ate out dinner the past two days as well. I tried to keep it healthy but I know it was probably packed with Na+ and sugar. Also didnt drink half my normal amount of water. So heres to recovering from all the damage I did!

Hi! I'd love to join this challenge! My triplets turn 9 today and I have been struggling with my weight since they hit the terrible two's. My goal is to be back at my pre-pregnancy weight before their 10th birthday (one month before my 40th birthday). Hoping these 10 day challenges will help me stay focused and break up the weight loss into realistic and manageable chunks. Thanks for letting me join you!

9/10 169.2 - My weight is a little higher than normal today (I've been averaging closer to 167), but I did indulge in several salty snacks while I was up late watching the ND-GA game last night Hope to get back track today!

9/10: 164.6 I was holding at 163-something for a few days in the past round, but it's jumped back up. I ran on the treadmill yesterday, and did indulge in some ribs last night for dinner. I also am holding on to some stress. Just daily life stuff, but I have a hard time sleeping when I think too much. I am so happy with the downward trend, though. Typing in those #s above: I've lost almost 10 pounds!

Re sleeping, there is a wonderful app called 'Calm' that is free and it has different nature sounds - rain, creek, etc - in addition to other things like Bedtime Stories (which I haven't tried yet -that I find better than most. It helps me drop off, especially if I wake in middle of night.

Last week I didn't get my usual exercise due to smoke/hazardous air quality from forest fires. My calories averaged 1830 and weight stayed steady, so this round I'm going to keep my calories at that level but get back to my usual walking 60-120 min/day and see what happens. I find these daily check ins inspiring and motivational, so thanks!

Love, love, love this group! I'm really hoping to step up my water intake these 10 days. I really struggled doing that last round. My goal this round is to lose between 1 - 2lbs.

09/10: 175 My Mom is still in the hospital. I've been there with her the last several days. According to the xrays, nothing has changed. Since I've been there, I haven't been getting as many steps in as I have been. I definitely didn't drink much water, and my calorie intake was low.7 -

Today is the second day in a row I've gone up. Yesterday was the second day in a row I'd over eaten. Well ok then. Let's hope I do better tonight because we are watching a soccer game and we ALWAYS order pizza. I've already made a conscious decision not to eat it if my husband does order it. He fell off the healthy wagon and it's started affecting my eating occasionally, which honestly may be good, as I was being very restrictive. But in other ways I am worried that I will fall off the wagon too. Balance.

My last round was a complete failure. I had TOM over for most of it and celebrated my birthday and then was eating garbage because I was all over the place with stress and pre-vacation prep. I'm now on vacation in France and will be until this round is over. There will be stress and temptations as we are caring for a sick relative and in the country of yummy food! Wish me luck!

9/10 155.98 Running around doing errands all day. Didn't manage anything but a granola bar until dinner. Ate a big bowl of Tomato, Veggie, Barley Soup with half a pressed grilled cheese and feel stuffed. Quite a bit under calories, but will attempt a healthy snack later. What do others do when they haven't even hit 1000 calories and it is past bedtime?

9/10 - 223.8 - i was already down to 223.4 so this is almost there. Although i played about 4 hours of baseball and dodgeball today, I had my first binge day on 1.5 months and ate over 1500 calories in just sweets. I'm disappointed in myself but determined to get back on track tomorrow. I'm going to skip the gym to let my body heal a bit from this weekend but will go on an 8.5km walk. I am also doing a practice with my dodgeball team! I'm hoping the scale isn't too mean tomorrow!
