    Round 15 was only half a round as I had a knee op on Sept 4th.

    I've spent most of this week sleeping due to pain meds so I will keep the same aim as last time - try to keep weight below 142.

    @Kimylara I'm doing Keto also. Just started diligently on August 1. I bounced at first but now seem to be losing. At first I was using an app recommended by the admin of my FB group but I think it was too many carbs. I am keeping them very low.
