Not really 1 phrase, but "all the whining" and excuses. I have this, or I'm on that, or I can't work out. Good lord people. Get a grip. There's a way around EVERYTHING if you want it bad enough.

When all people are doing is trying to explain why cleansing/juicing/ACV etc etc is not going to magically make you lose weight.
