Back in for my 2nd round! Following 5:2 diet.

20/10- 80.9kg 'cheat meal' last night was basically just 4kg of salt on a plate. Hoping this is mostly water. Focusing on good choices today.

Well, this is the start of round 7 for me, and I can't wait! I plan to step up my exercise, and set myself some daily guidelines for the next 10 days. If it works out, I may keep them or tweek them until they do work!- no sodas
- no bread
- no eating out
- drink at least 12 glasses water daily
- eat protein every meal
- reduce sodium intake
- get more sleep
I've lost an average of 1.5 lbs. per round over the last 6 rounds! I'm going to see if these guidelines will make a difference in that average!

In again! I love this challenge so much. I know that I'll be away this weekend and won't be able to weigh at all on Sunday, but I'm really hoping that I don't go too overboard and can make this goal.

19/10 - 194.6 - R 19 was better than round 18 but I am still chasing my lowest weight to date( 193.2 lbs) it would be nice to see that number appearing this round. I am still eating lower calories due to sciatica pain limiting my movement, but I am also managing to exercise more now that I was in the previous rounds.
20/10 - 194.8 - a great start, I was scared this was going to jump up to 197 again! .. oh for a round I don't see that number or above!

The plan: Drink lots of water, move more, stay within total calorie target of 13,000 for the 10 days. This last one might seem straight forward but usually I don't log everything on days I go over. I think this approach will give me a better sense of balance in my calorie 'budget' over a sustained period.

10/20 - 65.8kg (145.06 lb) - Ate at maintenance yesterday and needed a heavier carb day but am happy to see the bump up was quite small. I still don't trust that I'm in the 65s! Think it's be another bump tomorrow as I have a girls night tonight with lots of wine, delicious snacks and Italian take-away planned. Fasting this morning after carbs yesterday and leaving myself room for more tonight and might even squeeze a run in. Also, drinking tonnes of water for all that delicious sodium later!

171.6 is my start weight. I have stalled out. I'm not frustrated yet, but I'm sure the day will come when I am. I've reached a smaller, attainable goal that my doctor set of a 20 pound loss, but I decided to keep pushing myself until I reach my ideal weight. I've lost 31 lbs so far. I want to lose 80! I CAN AND WILL DO THIS!
10/20 no scale---(in KY for a 1-day trip) I went on a binge last night because I was told in order to get your body going again, BINGE. My weight will go up for 2 or 3 days, then boom. Let's see if it works!7
