Noooo, today would have been my 60th day without a LNS, and I just, I guess I just sort of forgot. I went for a late run and fully intended to have a snack, it was pre-logged, but I didn't even look at the clock! My calories for the day are on target but it's amazing how easily that fridge door opens when you're not thinking.

I’m in, this is my demon. I now eat dinner, wait an hour or maybe 2 and then brush my teeth so I don’t get tempted. I also refuse to buy any of it however, once a month I like having crisps and dip but even that I’m staying away from starting this week, it’s better but still not great2
