My goal is to stay under 1300 net calories & no alcohol. So if I meet both goals, then that's 1 for me. If I go off plan for either calories or alcohol, than that's 1 for LNS.

After a stressful week .... my son came home late with pizza. Today will be different.

This is a worrying trend, especially since yesterday turned into a binge/purge cycle. (I ate 1200 extra calories, then burned them all off. I seriously do not recommend this, especially if you like your knees.) I haven't done something like this in months. I've decided to up my calories a bit for a few days (so I'm not starving) and cut back 50 calories at a time until I'm comfortable--I don't want to fall into anorexic behavior.4 -

I ate about 12 Pringles from someone else’s snack, which is nowhere near as bad as I’ve been previously where I’d easily eat a full pack followed by chocolate and cake. Overall I’m proud I stopped.6 -
