    November 23: 50 minutes Tae Bo
    November 24: 60 minutes BodyPump, 35 minutes elliptical
    November 25: 60 minutes BodyPump
    November 26: rest
    November 27: 55 minutes Spin
    November 28: 40 minutes strength, 60 minutes BodyPump
    November 29: 50 minutes Spin, 40 minutes strength
    November 30: 40 minutes strength
    WEEK 4+: 580 minutes --- 9.6 hours


    TOTAL: 1,585 / 1,440 minutes --- 26.4 / 24 hours

    I made it! Not being able to get outside as much this month definitely slowed down my progress towards 24 hours.

    Count me in for December!

    Rough month...two+ weeks of being sick with the flu (one week with a fever). Didn't make goal (about 2 hours short), but got relatively close...here's my stats:

    8 - 11 Nov: Still sick with fever
    12 Nov: Walk (23 min) = 23 minutes
    13 Nov: Cleaning (45 min) = 45 minutes (fever finally broke)
    14-17 Nov: Still not feeling well, and worked rather than worked out most days
    18 Nov: Paddleboarding-Casual (72 min); Loading/Unloading 3 Boards (30 min); Washing 3 Boards (60 min); Cleaning (30 min) = 192 minutes
    19 Nov: Nothing
    20 Nov: Mowing (30 min) = 30 minutes
    21 Nov: Rest
    22 Nov: Paddleboarding - Touring 6.6 miles (130 min); Loading/Unloading Board (30 min); Washing Board (30 min) = 190 minutes
    23-24 Nov: Rest/Sore

    Count me in too! Last month I was 6 hours shy, so I'm hoping for 20 hours of exercise in November.
