September's Arms & Planks do-over for me!

Ugh. 90-second Planks are hard for me.
Thought it would help to watch a music video on YouTube instead of watching the clock count down on my cell phone. The plan backfired 'cuz I kept thinking "when is this bloody song going to be over?!?" and quit 6 seconds short.
Tomorrow is supposed to be 2 minutes if planks. Wondering if I should try for the full 2 min or break it up into two doable 1 minute planks. Thoughts?1 -

90 second planks suck for me too. It took me a while to do one for a minute. Planks up on straight arms may be easier. It depends on what works for you. If you're definition is on forearms, then so be it. I'd split it up into 2, but just see how long you can go. If you do 2-67 second planks, it's a bonus! It's your fitness. Decided to go as long as I could, and if I was short of 90 sec, I would add another 1-minute plank as "punishment." Whelp, failed at both, but total minutes was +10 sec more than today's challenge target...so there's that.2 -

Day 1, 2 and 3 of Flat Ab Challenge done. Added my own treadmill challenge to coincide with Ab challenge. Started with 10 min walk, adding 30 seconds each day. Day 1, 2, and 3 done. Didn't get started until Nov 14th, but glad I finally decided to get moving.3
