Ive been busy with soo much lately. I have been getting stretches and walking in. Today i did do stretches, a walk,squats, in so far. Im gonna do abs and legs here in a bit.2

I did the legs yesterday and can feel it today! I love that feeling. Ive been doing other exercises so not following the plan completely.2
