    I am just got back on MFP today. Although the first week of November is done, I will start with the flat ab challenge tomorrow since it is already 10pm here.

    Weds and Thurs fit mommy done. A little weak on the situps (55?!), since I already had a workout. I'll try to fit them all in by day's end. I've learned not to do them after a meal though...ha ha!
