    Day 10 and 11 just walked and stretched. Well 10th did pool therapy.

    Monday Fit Mommy done: the easiest of the 5 days- by far. I gain every weekend from my "splurges". I wonder if I could actually LOSE weight on a weekend. Not next weekend, as we're visiting family. Not Thanksgiving weekend either. We'll, a girl can dream...and actually show some self-control?

    Wednesday, day 15 done.

    I'm back to getting up early & getting my workouts done. Pros: workout done
    Energy up
    Knowing how many calories I can play with for the day
    Body burns more calories throughout the day
    I drink more H2O

    Cons: getting up earlier
    Not being able to blast my music without wearing headphones
    Not having the "full" effect (when I workout in the evening, I don't have an appetite afterward)
