I'd like to be part of the walking group and report my miles walked per day....it will keep me accountable. Walking is my only form of exercise. Have a great day everyone.

Hi there! I'm new to this and just came across this thread. I have started brisk walking as my only exercise (so far) and have been walking 8.6km (5.3miles) everyday! I started on Sunday, 18 Aug so it is still early days!
So far this has been taking me 1hr 25min to do.
I am really enjoying it and can't wait to start feeling fitter and looking healthier.0 -

I use runtastic to track my walks and I walk quite a bit throughout the day so its too much to list indivitually.
Accumulative total so far 66.41 miles purley walking and 91.22 including the treadmill.0 -
8/20/13: Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds for Abs (1 Mile). Also did 1.43 miles on my treadmill.0

I'M IN! A little late but I started walking on 08-18. I am a creature of habit so I walk the same route each day with my dog.. on 08-20 I decided I need to at least do a 5k everyday.
