    12/01 - 224.2 Treatment day yesterday, which meant "big food day" to keep meds from upsetting my stomach. I was too exhausted to cook but, nobody said I had to eat Zaxby's, nibble on chips, nor eat candy all evening :* .

    This is the first time joining in on this! Better late than never and I love the idea of short goals and seeing progress!

    Just a little background about me! I am 38, 5’9” and have 3 kids, love tennis (play about 3x a week) and I have about 10lbs I need to shed! For the past few years I have been about 160 and it is a comfortable weight for me. I would love to be 152lbs but that hasn’t happened since I had my 1st kid 15 years ago! In the last 2 months I have jumped up to 167lbs! It’s time to buckle down and shed this weight.. my goal is 157lbs! Wish me luck!

    11/29 Didn’t weigh in, hadn’t joined yet but I tried to eat well all day but cheated when I ate a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips! I need to be accountable so I decided today I was going to get in some groups and find some support!
    11/30 167lbs - feeling good so far, eating it on track, played two hours of tennis this morning and am motivated to finish the day with no cheating.
    12/01 165lbs - 2lb loss! Probably water but I like seeing the scale move! Today was a good day, lots of tennis and I ate really well with no cheating! On a side note my car got broken into which was a bummer but only my garage door opener was taken. Scary and not a great way to start the day! Hoping to see a loss again tomorrow!

    11/29- 146.08 A large drop but I'm sure it isn't going to stay. (just yet)
    11/30- 146.3 Cautiously optimistic about the weight loss sticking. I just realized today, I am right about a pound over the top "healthy range" bmi. Can't believe I am so close.
    12/01- 146.3 Walked to have coffee with a friend then spent the evening Christmas shopping.

    11/29 162.8 my new outlook of thinking ahead and planning to hit my goals was motivation today. I took a more challenging yoga class, and ate in a way I’m proud of. My lunches are definitely helping my work flow.
    11/30 163. 4/6. why do leftovers run out and where is my home cook? I am proud of myself for getting off the couch and putting in the effort to walk the dog and move some items downstairs. It was so hard to dig out that energy tonight.
    12/01 160.8. 2/6. Thought I did bad on protein, turns out much the same as always. Too grouchy to meditate.

    11/29 - 103.2kg :s - Whaaat? OK, I've been eating out since travelling, but there must be some hidden ingredients somewhere. My weight is definitely not going in the right direction

    11/30 - 102.6 :D - again, a very familiar number but at least it's going back the right way...

    12/01 - 102.2 :/ - The eating was subpar today, too much caffeine, not enough water - will probably be reflected on the scales tomorrow. Traveling home today, need to be mindful of airport lounge food, too easy to indulge to ease the fatigue.

    12/02 - 101.6 :| - I'm skeptical seeing how last night involved a party bash where pitchers of mojitos were involved. Indulged in too many sweet potato fries afterwards - I almost didn't weigh-in today (cowardly), but I joined this challenge for it's daily accountability after all! This is going to show tomorrow probably.

    11/30 - 137.5 - not expecting a change yet, just glad it didn't go up.
    12/01 - 138.6 - not surprised, I had a pretty sodium high dinner.
    12/02 - 138 - today I had a high calorie day, so I'm expecting it to go up tomorrow.

    11/29=222.1- I did this last round also...a big drop between Day 10 and Day 1. No loss last round, but there's a downward trend. :)
    11/30=223.3- Had a great day with calories yesterday and pretty good with steps, but as long as I stay below the last round's average, I'm losing weight, so I'm happy. I like doing the averages; whoever started that on here, thanks! It helps to not panic over daily fluctuations, like with TrendWeight.
    12/01=223.8- Well, up again today, but hoping for a better day tomorrow.

    28/11 - 192.4 - R23 was an amazing round, I ate much higher and lost 1 1/2 lbs by average and 2 lbs using my start weight .. hopefully I see any loss this 10 days :)

    30/11 - 192.6 - My anti- inflammatory pills have run out and I am back in pain again, next docs appointment is on the 5th ... oh great!!
    CALS IN 1268 ~~ EXERCISE 40 min slow walk ~ 15 min gently cardio and ~13 mins abs (before the pain started)

    01/12 - 192 <<<<<<<<<<< new low - I'm in a lot of pain again since my anti inflammatory pills an out, docs on Tuesday, although I managed over 1 hour of walking I hardly covered any distance, over on cals but I can pull that back over the next 2 days

    12/01 190.0 Really pleased, but my weight can fluctuate a fair bit daily. Going to work on reducing the swings.
    12/02 194.4 An unexpected jump. Ate out last night but went with a healthy option, no fries, etc. Will try to have an active day with a calorie deficit
