    Work stress! I started walking during my lunch hour when work stress gets to me. Plug my iPod into my ears, set the timer, start the tunes and I walk for about 30 mins. (I have an hour for lunch) It helps me a lot. I still do my work out in the morning, so if I need the lunch hour walk , it's bonus exercise I get to log!

    Just for fun: What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? My office! It's full of junk food, cake, brownies, donuts, people who bring me food gifts that I have to say NO to..... it's a FAT TRAP, LOL!

    Biggest roadblock: Alcohol! Heavy boozing at the weekends followed by hungover binging on Burger King, full English breakfasts, pizza, Lucozade. I'm going to a wedding this weekend and I've decided not to drink!

    Road Block would have to be drinking. I used to drink at least 2 days a week. Go out and have 4 or 5 beers. I've cut down to once a week and limited it to 2 drinks per outing.
    It's tough when everyone always wants to go grab a couple of beers.

    Just for fun: What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? 2 things:
    1. junk at the office and eating out of boredom at work
    2. alcohol and being social with friends. I don't want to miss out on social occasions (happy hours), but also don't want to not drink at bars. I feel like the best solution is to hit the gym after work instead or see if my friends would be up for doing something active after work instead of happy hours.

    Road Block: My leg muscles have been pulled as my right glute wasn't activating so the leg muscles were overcompensating for that...and it's set me back doing so many exercises...I haven't been able to run in 2 months :( Going to physiotherapy to get better though :)

    Just for fun: What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? Recent lack of motivation to exercise, eating too big of portions, late night eating and going out with friends for too many beverages. Hoping this challenge will help me get back on track.

    Challenges: Feeling unsupported and discouraged at home. Work stress, long hours and travel making it really hard to make and keep a routine. Alcohol, when I meet with friends they are usually drinking.

    Just for fun: What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? Well, this month it will be our 10 day vacation at the lake cabin. I'm taking that week off from my "diet". I plan, of course, to eat as well as possible, but will not be logging calories or cooking any separate meals from the rest of the group, so I'll be eating a lot of big breakfasts (pancakes, french toast, etc.), sandwiches (the bread! the coldcuts!), and hearty dinners (mmmmmm, fresh caught pan-fried walleye!)... so it'll be an interesting month. If not for that vacation, my goal weight would be lower for this month.

    Just for fun: What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? Emotional eating over marriage issues (especially jealously about my weight loss or lack of encouragement) or feeling inadequate at work or just work stress in general. lol lots of things. :)
