    What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? Time! I'm working overtime now, so doing 50+ hours a week of work, plus studying, plus just living my life adds up, but now that I've been working out 5 days a week I get antsy if I don't go to the gym, so it's nice to see that it's having a positive affect on my outlook.

    Just for fun: What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight?
    My busy life! I have an hour commute to and from work, love to workout, and my two young boys are super busy, so we eat out waaaay too much. And because I work out, I starting thinking I could add the sugars/potatoes back in. Now I'm up over 10 lbs from my lowest.

    to Nycespyder - I have considered moving this to the groups section, but this one catches so many people that have never been a part of a challenge before that I decided to leave it here. A lot of the other ones are closed groups with specific guidelines to follow and I wanted to keep a nice easy one going.

    Just for fun: What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? Drinking/wanting to be social and having trouble saying no to alcohol when everyone is drinking. Drinking almost always leads to overeating and I always feel like it undoes the hard work I put in during the week.

    I can't stick with it. I love carbs too much. And I'm always hungry. A piece of bread's going to last me longer than a carrot, so...practical minded me goes for the bread.
